SPECIAL FEATURE OF MINI LIFT

1. LOCKING PIN ARRANGEMENT:-

When machine is in lifting condition, drum and gear

box assembly should be in locking position to vertical
support.

2. COUNTER WEIGHT BOX :-

Counter weight box used for ease of counter weight

shifting from any given floor.

Counter weight:-
Rear side: - 500 kg.
Both front side: - 150kg.

3. ANCHORING FACILITY :-

Anchoring option is given in three tripod

base assembly whenever required.

4. BEARING HOUSING :-
 Bearing housing with special taper roller
bearing is used for 360° rotation freely.

5. TOP LIMIT SWITCH :-

Used for stop the motor at last limit to avoid accident.

6. GEAR DRIVE :-

Gear drive assembly used for safety and direct drive.

There is no chain drive so chain breaking problem will not
lead to accident.

7. FLANGE BEARING :-
 Flange bearing used for drum for free movement.

8. IDLER GEAR :-

Idler gear is used with sealed bearing

for free rotation of gear drive.

9. TRIPOD BASE ASSEMBLY :-

The equipment comes with optimized

tripod ensuring well balanced center of
gravity, offering the ideal base for
transporting higher loads with this
tripod, the load can easily be brought
into proximity with the operator. Tripod
base assembly balance C.G. for safety
while carrying higher load.

10. BOOM SUPPORT ASEMBLY :-

 Boom support assembly which including boom handle at proper height for easy
rotation.

11.HOOK HOIST :-

This hook hoist combines robustness with versatility, providing the

ideal safety for handling the carrying load. This helps in faster
loading and unloading with safety.

12.PENDENT REMOT CONTROL :-

The machine is operated by electronic remote control ,

now operator can stand at a distance to have better view
of the material movement which ensures precision in
 stopping at floors , lesser labour fatigue and higher safety through increased vigilance
during time of material movement.

13. CONTROL PANNEL :-

Compact electrical panel within machine wall

mounted. This gives advantage of internal wiring.
Only one input wire
to be given.

14. DRUM WIDTH :-

Drum width is small according to

fleet angle for proper winding and
unwinding wire rope on it.

15. WIRE ROPE WITH DEE SHACKLE :-

Rope end clamped to swivel hook of 1 tonne capacity with 3 nos. of

dee shackle for good holding of wire rope.
In case any maintanence issue arises same can be done easily.
16. LIFTING HOOK :-

3 Hooks for lifting upper assembly

with C.G. point of view.
Upper assembly can be shifting
from one floor to another floor
with these 3 hooks easily.

17. GREASE CUP

Grease cup 1/8” used for greasing tapper
roller bearing easily.
