However, there are provisions of the SEPP (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) that need to
be further considered in order for the development to be undertaken as a Complying Development:

The following additional information is required for submission with the CDC application:

• S68 Approval for Sewer and Stormwater connections (Council)


• S138 Approval for Driveway Crossover (Council)
• Copy of registered title plan showing easements etc
• Max 8.5m –– overall height dimension required on plans (currently 8.419 to eaves), survey
will be required to confirm during construction

adjoining on site plans to ensure greater setback not required
• Min 30% landscaped areas required with min 50% of area forward of the building line being
landscaped and 50% behind building line – landscaping to be shown on plans.
• POS – min 24m2 required – min 3 x 3m and not steeper than 1:50 – show on plans
• Verandah and porch in articulation zone – max intrusion into articulation zone is 1.5m
(froward of building line) and must non comprise more than 25% of articulation zone – detail
