1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Project Overview
Cabot Corporation is a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials

company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA; has manufacturing assets around

the globe with primary products are rubber carbon black and specialty grade carbon blacks,
Masterbatches, conductive compounds, inkjet colorants, fumed metal oxides, aerogels, and
activated carbon (Norit).
PT Cabot Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the "Cabot") is entity which will build new
Masterbatch manufacturing plant. The new asset will be located besides existing carbon black
unit. This specific project objective is to build new Masterbatch plant with 20,000 MT/year
capacities to meet business demand of Masterbatch in Asia Pacific South region.
The main equipment is Twin Screw Extruder technology with capabilities of 1500-3000 kg/hr.
Expected product melting temperatures inside extruder will range from 120°C - 330°C having
a maximum Temp of 300°C. The extruder design is defined in scope 1. Raw material handling
and product handling capacity is following extruder capacity under scope 2. Packaging system
(scope 3) capacity is able to handle 2 line or twice as big as extruder capacity.
Some utility will be tied-in from existing Carbon Black plant such as process water, fire
protection water, electricity, wastewater and other. The rest is individually built in the
masterbatch plant that includes building to contain raw material storage, office area, utility
room, process building, warehouse product storage building and other required infrastructure.

1.3 Purpose (Tujuan)
This Method statement is to define the methods, procedures and activities, which will be used
for loading & unloading of office containers, Installation of office containers for CL
MASTERBATCH PROJECT as per the approved designated place to ensure that all works
are executed in a safely manner and in accordance with the Contractor Contract Specification,
approved Health and Safety Plan.
Metode pelaksanaan ini adalah untuk menentukan metode, prosedur dan kegiatan, yang akan
digunakan untuk bongkar muat peti kemas kantor, pemasangan peti kemas kantor untuk CL
MASTERBATCH PROJECT sesuai dengan tempat yang ditentukan untuk memastikan bahwa
semua pekerjaan dilaksanakan dengan cara yang aman dan sesuai dengan Spesifikasi
Kontrak Kontraktor, Rencana Kesehatan dan Keselamatan yang disetujui.

The SUB-CONTRACTOR is committed to achieve the goals of zero accidents and this can only
be achieve when all parties do their best in an integrated manner to maintain the safety of himself
and others. This work method covers all activity during loading and unloading temporary
container office. The following consideration should be incorporated in all planning activities and
issue of execution documentation.
KONTRAKTOR berkomitmen untuk mencapai tujuan nihil kecelakaan dan ini hanya dapat
dicapai jika semua pihak melakukan yang terbaik secara terpadu untuk menjaga keselamatan
diri sendiri dan orang lain. Prosedur ini mencakup semua kegiatan bongkar muat kontener kantor
sementara.
Pertimbangan berikut harus dimasukkan dalam semua kegiatan perencanaan dan masalah
dokumentasi pelaksanaan.

2.1 Safety
a. Before commencing the work, SUBCONTRACTOR should explain the method and
equipment’s/ tools to use for the activity to get permit to work (PTW) from CONTRACTOR.
Caution: Higher risk work such as lifting will require specific safety planning.
Sebelum memulai pekerjaan, SUBKONTRAKTOR harus menjelaskan cara dan
peralatan/peralatan yang akan digunakan untuk kegiatan untuk mendapatkan Izin Kerja
(PTW) dari KONTRAKTOR. Perhatian: Pekerjaan berisiko tinggi seperti pengangkatan dan
akan memerlukan perencanaan keselamatan khusus.
b. Fire prevention and control system should be described in Execution Plan before
commencement of the work.
Sistem pencegahan dan pengendalian kebakaran harus dijelaskan dalam Rencana
Pelaksanaan sebelum pekerjaan dimulai.
c. SUBCONTRACTOR shall only provide equipment/ vehicles that are safe for operation and
for this purpose it shall conduct Pre-inspection to ensure worthiness prior to mobilization,
routine pre-start checks (including periodic check) to ensure the equipment/vehicles are
always in a safe condition for working.
Each of equipment/vehicle that is provided shall be inspected and have a permit from
authorized body and only be operated by employee, who is authorized and have had a
permit to operate the related equipment / vehicle.
SUBCONTRACTOR should have trained flagman for Heavy Equipment operation. Crew
training to emphasize communication and teamwork between operators and flagmen
should be conducted by SUBCONTRACTOR under CONTRACTOR supervision.
SUBCONTRACTOR menyediakan peralatan/kendaraan yang aman untuk dioperasikan
dan untuk itu harus melakukan Pra-inspeksi untuk memastikan kelayakan sebelum
mobilisasi, pemeriksaan pra-start rutin (termasuk pemeriksaan berkala) untuk memastikan
peralatan/kendaraan selalu dalam keadaan aman. kondisi untuk bekerja.
Setiap peralatan/kendaraan yang disediakan harus diperiksa dan memiliki izin dari instansi
yang berwenang dan hanya dioperasikan oleh pekerja yang berwenang dan telah memiliki
izin untuk mengoperasikan peralatan/kendaraan yang bersangkutan.
SUBCONTRACTOR harus telah melatih flagman untuk pengoperasian Alat Berat.
Pelatihan pekerja untuk menekankan komunikasi dan kerja tim antara operator dan
flagmen harus dilakukan oleh SUBCONTRACTOR di bawah pengawasan KONTRAKTOR.
d. During this early works phase CONTRACTOR will concern for several safety components
are especially important:
 Proactive management effort to establishment of site safety norms
 Supervision and safety Coverage for all site activity
 Doing preparation and training on Incident Notification, Incident Management, Medical
Incident guidelines
Selama fase pekerjaan awal KONTRAKTOR akan memperhatikan beberapa komponen
keselamatan yang sangat penting:
• Upaya manajemen proaktif untuk menetapkan norma-norma keselamatan lokasi
• Pengawasan dan Cakupan keselamatan untuk semua aktivitas situs
• Melakukan persiapan dan pelatihan tentang Pemberitahuan Insiden, Manajemen Insiden,
pedoman Insiden Medis
e. All injuries and incidents, regardless of how minor, must be reported to the CONTRACTOR
and OWNER immediately.

2.2 Health (Kesehatan)

a. Pre-Employment Physical Assessment (MCU) shall be conducted. MCU detail shall refer to
approved SHE Plan

Rencana SHE yang disetujui
b. Job Leader is responsible to ensure the worker is in fit condition to work.

c. Water gallon for personnel drinking shall be put near the work location and shall be
protected from contamination. Each personnel shall carry their own proper drinking water
container. Drinking water container identified by SHE/ Constructions Manager only that
allow to entering worksite area.
Galon air untuk minum personel harus diletakkan di dekat lokasi kerja dan harus dilindungi
dari kontaminasi. Setiap personel harus membawa wadah air minum yang layak. Wadah
air minum yang diidentifikasi oleh SHE/Manajer Konstruksi saja yang memungkinkan untuk
memasuki area kerja.
d. All personnel are responsible to maintain the housekeeping of their own area. All rubbish
and food waste shall be taken out from worksite at the end of shift.
Semua personel bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kebersihan area mereka sendiri.
Semua sampah dan sisa makanan harus dibawa keluar dari tempat kerja pada akhir shift.
e. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide personnel protective equipment as required by contract.

The personnel protective equipment that is required to be provided are:
 Safety helmet (mandatory)
 Safety shoes (mandatory)
 Safety Glasses (mandatory)
 Working clothes that cover upper arm, body and leg (to ankle)
 Face shield and masker (Mandatory)
 Other personnel protective equipment as required by the job.
SUB KONTRAKTOR harus menyediakan peralatan pelindung personel seperti yang
dipersyaratkan oleh kontrak. Alat pelindung diri yang harus disediakan adalah:
• Helm pengaman (wajib)
• Sepatu safety (wajib)
• Kacamata Safety (wajib)
• Pakaian kerja yang menutupi lengan atas, badan dan kaki (sampai mata kaki)
• Kedok wajah dan masker (wajib)
• Perlengkapan pelindung personel lainnya sesuai kebutuhan pekerjaan.
f. Personal protective equipment shall comply with standard, SNI 000111-2009 or other
recognized International Standard.
Alat pelindung diri harus memenuhi standar, SNI 000111-2009 atau Standar Internasional
lainnya yang diakui.
2.3 Environmental (Lingkungan)

a. Emission and dust control (Kontrol emisi dan debu)
- SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide project vehicles which have passed emission test
and proven by attach the copy of emission pass sticker. Emission test shall be
performed in annually basis.

- SUB KONTRAKTOR wajib menyediakan kendaraan proyek yang telah lulus uji emisi
dan dibuktikan dengan melampirkan fotokopi stiker lulus emisi. Uji emisi harus
dilakukan setiap tahun.
- Application of dust suppression control
- Penerapan kontrol penekan debu
- Ensure the vehicle is covered by sheet during transported material to prevent falling
object and reduce dust generated.
- Pastikan kendaraan tertutup lembaran selama pengangkutan material untuk
mencegah benda jatuh dan mengurangi debu yang dihasilkan.
- SUBCONTRACTOR shall clean the vehicle regularly.
- SUBCONTRACTOR harus membersihkan kendaraan secara berkala.
b. Noise control (Kontrol Kebisingan)

- Consider doing noisy construction activities during daytime to avoid noise disturbance
(07.00 – 18.00).
- Pertimbangkan untuk melakukan kegiatan konstruksi yang bising pada siang hari
untuk menghindari gangguan kebisingan (07.00 – 18.00).
- Well maintain and operate on vehicles and equipment.
- Memelihara dan mengoperasikan kendaraan dan peralatan dengan baik.
c. Fuels and Chemical (B3) Handling (Penanganan Bahan Bakar dan Kimia)
- B3 TPS (hazardous Material Storage) and B3 Transportation permit shall be approved
by government related.
- Izin B3 TPS (Penyimpanan Bahan Berbahaya) dan B3 Transportasi harus mendapat
persetujuan dari pemerintah terkait.
- Every B3 shall be managed based on its characteristics, and shall be stored separately
for incompatible materials. Unnecessary procurement, storage, and handling of
hazardous materials must be avoided or eliminated. CONTRACTOR must approve any
substance required for use on the project before the substance is brought to the project
ite.
- Setiap B3 harus dikelola berdasarkan karakteristiknya, dan disimpan secara terpisah
untuk bahan yang tidak cocok. Pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan penanganan bahan
berbahaya yang tidak perlu harus dihindari atau dihilangkan. KONTRAKTOR harus
menyetujui setiap bahan yang diperlukan untuk digunakan pada proyek sebelum
bahan tersebut dibawa ke lokasi proyek.
- Provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) in Bahasa, a hard copy of the relevant
MSDS must be accessible to employees at both the workplace where the material is
used and in the areas where the materials are stored.
- Menyediakan MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) dalam bahasa Indonesia, hard copy
dari MSDS yang relevan harus dapat diakses oleh karyawan baik di tempat kerja di
mana material digunakan dan di area penyimpanan material.
- All chemicals and Hazardous and Toxic Material (B3) substance shall be segregated
and stored in separate containers.
- Semua bahan kimia dan Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) harus dipisahkan dan
disimpan dalam wadah terpisah.

- Liquid material shall be stored in the safe place, which can prevent any spillage
contaminating the environment. For large storage of liquid HTM/B3 materials, such as
fuel tanks, shall be equipped with proper secondary containment.
- Bahan cair harus disimpan di tempat yang aman, yang dapat mencegah tumpahan

- Determine appropriate receiving water quality criteria on the basis of existing water
quality and downstream beneficial uses

ada dan penggunaan yang bermanfaat di hilir
- Separate contaminated and clean waters and apply appropriate management
strategies

e. Waste Management (Pengelolaan Sampah)

1. Domestic Waste Management (Pengelolaan Sampah Domestik)
- Domestic waste is generated from daily activity i.e. site activities, and office
activities. It is categorized as non-restricted waste. Domestic waste is divided in to :
- Limbah domestik dihasilkan dari kegiatan sehari-hari yaitu kegiatan lapangan, dan
kegiatan kantor. Ini dikategorikan sebagai sampah yang tidak dibatasi. Limbah
domestik dibagi menjadi:
- Organic/ biodegradable waste (food, leave, etc.)
- Sampah organik/ biodegradable (makanan, sisa makanan, dll)
- Inorganic/ non-biodegradable waste (packaging waste i.e. paper, cardboard, plastic,
glass, can, etc.)
- Sampah anorganik/non-biodegradable (sampah kemasan seperti kertas, karton,
plastik, gelas, kaleng, dll)
- SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide a proper domestic waste bins and segregate
based on organic waste and inorganic waste in their respective area.
- SUB KONTRAKTOR wajib menyediakan tempat sampah domestik yang layak dan
memilah berdasarkan sampah organik dan sampah anorganik di wilayahnya
masing-masing.

- To avoid mix up or miss-place of waste, the organic waste bins shall be in GREEN
color and install the label of “ORGANIC WASTE”. Inorganic waste shall be in
YELLOW color and install the label of “INORGANIC WASTE”.
- Agar sampah tidak tercampur atau tidak pada tempatnya, tempat sampah organik
harus berwarna HIJAU dan dipasang label “SAMPAH ORGANIK”. Sampah
anorganik harus berwarna KUNING dan dipasang label “SAMPAH ANORGANIK”.
- Ensure the waste bins area is clean and tidy as well as keep away from rat or other
animals.
- Pastikan area tempat sampah bersih dan rapi serta jauhkan dari tikus atau hewan
lainnya.
- Send out domestic waste to the nearest final disposal area on daily basis with
transporter permit.
- Mengirim limbah domestik ke tempat pembuangan akhir terdekat setiap hari dengan
izin pengangkut.
- It is prohibited to burn all wastes generated and report regularly to OWNER and
Government.
- Dilarang membakar semua limbah yang dihasilkan dan melaporkan secara berkala
kepada PEMILIK dan Pemerintah.
- Dirty wheel of TMC (truck Mounted Crane) will clean up in vehicle wash station area
- Roda TMC yang kotor akan dibersihkan di area stasiun cuci kendaraan
2. Construction Waste Management (Pengelolaan Limbah Industri)

- SUBCONTRACTOR shall collect and store all construction wastes generated in
appointed dedicated junkyard area.
- SUBCONTRACTOR harus mengumpulkan dan menyimpan semua limbah
konstruksi yang dihasilkan di area tempat barang rongsokan khusus yang ditunjuk.
- All construction waste will be kept in the junkyard until further authorization (Site
Manager) instruction for further handling of waste.
- Semua limbah konstruksi akan disimpan di tempat barang rongsokan sampai ada
instruksi lebih lanjut (Pengelola Lokasi) untuk penanganan limbah lebih lanjut.
- SUBCONTRACTOR shall responsible to manage their own waste disposal.
- SUBCONTRACTOR bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola sendiri pembuangan
limbahnya
f. Housekeeping (Pembenahan)
Housekeeping is a continuous process and will be inspected daily by CONTRACTOR to
ensure every working area are clean from rubbish, waste and unused material.
Housekeeping adalah proses yang berkesinambungan dan akan diperiksa setiap hari oleh
KONTRAKTOR untuk memastikan setiap area kerja bersih dari sampah, limbah dan
material yang tidak terpakai.
g. Spillage (Tumpahan)

 Every possible precaution must be taken to prevent spillages or the escape of

dangerous
 Setiap tindakan pencegahan yang mungkin harus diambil untuk mencegah tumpahan
atau keluarnya bahan berbahaya
 All spills of fuel or chemicals must be reported immediately to the CONTRACTOR and
OWNER
 Semua tumpahan bahan bakar atau bahan kimia harus segera dilaporkan kepada
KONTRAKTOR dan PEMILIK
h. Remove from the site and properly dispose the surplus materials such as soil, wood,
temporary structures, and other debris after completion of the work
Pindahkan dari lokasi dan buang dengan benar sisa bahan seperti tanah, kayu, bangunan
sementara, dan puing-puing lainnya setelah pekerjaan selesai
2.4 Security (Keamanan)

a. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide security for their material/compound including security
facilities such as fences, guard post as per CONTRACTOR security requirement.
SUB KONTRAKTOR wajib memberikan pengamanan terhadap material/majemuknya
termasuk fasilitas pengamanan seperti pagar, pos jaga sesuai dengan persyaratan
pengamanan KONTRAKTOR.
b. CONTRACTOR will be careful to recruit the security personnel. The background check
must also include a verification of the individual's employment history for the five (5) years
prior to performing WORK on OWNER Premises. It must include a letter of good conduct,
criminal record check obtained from police records of province, municipality or sub district
and / or records of district, and high and / or supreme court for felony and misdemeanor
convictions, deferred adjudication, or no contest pleas in all jurisdictions in which the
individual has lived or worked during the last five (5) years prior to being assigned to work
on OWNER Premises.
• For local people security duty is to ensure the people from his own district will not
enter the project site area. For professional security is to ensure other people will
not enter the project area.
• CONTRACTOR will fulfill the resources and equipment to provide escorts as
required to the field operations.
KONTRAKTOR akan berhati-hati dalam merekrut personel keamanan. Pemeriksaan latar
belakang juga harus mencakup verifikasi riwayat pekerjaan individu selama lima (5) tahun
sebelum melakukan KERJA di Tempat PEMILIK. Itu harus mencakup surat perilaku baik,

6.2 Permit to Work System

Permit to work must reflect to this method statement and job safety analysis. it is
technically controlled by Supervisor, and administratively arranged by Permit Holder.

Prior to work commencement, tool box meeting must be held at workplace where all

b. PH prepared PTW and arranges approved job safety analysis (JSA) and PH
responsible on PTW shall ensure all team involved working at works area on fit
health for work condition on daily basic, if the worker not in fit condition immediately
shall goes to the clinic and take a rest base on recommendation.
PH yang menyiapkan PTW dan mengatur analisis keselamatan kerja yang disetujui
(JSA) dan PH yang bertanggung jawab di PTW harus memastikan semua tim yang
terlibat bekerja di area pekerjaan dalam kondisi sehat yang sesuai dengan kondisi
kerja sehari-hari, jika pekerja tidak dalam kondisi sehat harus segera pergike klinik
dan mengambil istirahat berdasarkan rekomendasi.
c. Prior to start the work, all workers involved are to be accounted in the PTW, briefed
and sign on the PTW, and fully comply with mandatory PPE (uniform, safety helmet,
clear safety glass, safety shoes and safety gloves).
Sebelum memulai pekerjaan, semua pekerja yang terlibat harus dicatat di
PTW,memberi tahu dan menandatangani di PTW, dan sepenuhnya mematuhi
PPEwajib (Baju pengaman, helm pengaman, kacamata pengaman yang
jernih,sepatu keselamatan dan sarung tangan).
d. Stop the work if unsafe condition or the permit to work has differentiated on
sequences or method.

Hentikan pekerjaan jika kondisi tidak aman permit kerja sudah tidak sesuai dengan
langkah atau method kerja.
e. Toolbox meeting prior start the work is mandatory for workers involved.
Toolbox meeting sebelum pekerjaan dimulai wajib bagi semua pekerja yang terlibat.
f. Always monitor that flashback arrestor on cylinder is in normal function.
Selalu monitor flashback arrestor pada silinder pada kondisi berfungsi normal.
g. SHE Officer must apply safety precautions where necessary. Safety Precautions are
to avoid and/or prevent any potential hazards that might most likely arise during the
work process.
SHE Officer harus melakukan tindakan pencegahan apabila diperlukan. Tindakan
pencegahan keselamtan bertujuan atau mencegah potensi bahaya yang mungkin
banyak timbul selama proses kerja.
Must be in place. HSE Officer is responsible to ensure their readiness.
Harus berada di tempat. HSE Officer bertanggung jawab akan ke siapannya.
6.6 On-site Emergency Response

Respon Kondisi Darurat di Lapangan
6.6.1 Accident and Injury

a.Employees and Subcontractors should report all accidents IMMEDIATELY to
Management who will ensure that necessary first aid or medical care is available.
Care should be taken to prevent a recurrence and ensure that the accident is
recorded in the Accident Report
Karyawan dan Subkontraktor harus segera melaporkan semua kecelakaan kepada
Manajemen yang akan memastikan bahwa pertolongan pertama atau perawatan
medis yang diperlukan tersedia. Perawatan harus diambil untuk mencegah
terulangnya dan memastikan bahwa kecelakaan itu dicatat dalam Laporan
Kecelakaan
b.Employees and Subcontractors should report all accidents - i.e. an accident not
resulting in injury - to Management.
Karyawan dan Subkontraktor harus melaporkan semua kecelakaan - yaitu
kecelakaan yang tidak mengakibatkan cedera - kepada Manajemen.
c.In case of injury, notify the management and use first aid equipment available for minor
injuries.

d.In case of serious injury, call the emergency service, and ask for ambulance. If in doubt,
do not move the victim as this can cause further unnecessary injury.
Jika terjadi cedera serius, hubungi layanan darurat, dan minta ambulans. Jika ragu,
jangan pindahkan korban karena dapat menyebabkan cedera lebih lanjut yang tidak
perlu.

Metode pelaksanaan ini akan menguraikan urutan dan metode pekerjaan yang ditujukan untuk
bongkar muat peti kemas kantor, Pemasangan peti kemas kantor.
8.2 Methodology

8.3 Permit, Access, Approval and Site Preparation

(Izin, Akses, Persetujuan dan Persiapan Lokasi)
a. Obtain necessary permit such as Permit To Work (PTW) from the contractor.
Memperoleh izin yang diperlukan seperti Izin Bekerja (PTW) dari kontraktor.
b. Check relevant items like PPE’s, access of working area, equipment to be used etc. to
ensure safety, workability and environmental requirements.
Periksa item yang relevan seperti APD, akses area kerja, peralatan yang akan digunakan, dll.
untuk memastikan keselamatan, kemampuan kerja, dan persyaratan lingkungan.
8.4 Loading & unloading of office containers, Installation of office containers.

a) All lifting tools, equipment and ropes used for lifting shall be inspected and certified by Third
party (PJIT) and have manufacture certificate.
a) Semua alat pengangkat, peralatan dan tali yang digunakan untuk mengangkat harus
diperiksa dan disertifikasi oleh badan pihak ketiga dan mempunyai sertifikat manufaktur.
b) Lifting plan shall be filled up and attached with load chart shall be submitted during permit

selama permohonan izin.
c) Safety officer will conduct tool box and brief the safe lifting operation before work start.

pengangkatan yang aman sebelum pekerjaan dimulai.
d) Before starting the lifting work, the assigned people must wear proper PPE and adequate
safety procedure must be implemented.
d) Sebelum memulai pekerjaan pengangkatan, orang yang ditugaskan harus memakai APD
yang tepat dan prosedur keselamatan yang memadai harus diterapkan.
e) All employee and worker involved in the work should first undergo training or safety induction.
e) Semua karyawan dan pekerja yang terlibat dalam pekerjaan harus terlebih dahulu menjalani
pelatihan atau induksi keselamatan.
f) Project Manager shall employ an experienced, competent and responsible Foreman to plan
and execute lifting operations and rigger with third party.
f) Manajer Proyek harus mempekerjakan Mandor yang berpengalaman, kompeten dan
bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan operasi pengangkatan dan
pemasangan dengan pihak ketiga.
g) Barricade the marked location scheduled for unloading and lifting operation with safety
signage’s.
g) Barikade lokasi yang ditandai yang dijadwalkan untuk operasi pembongkaran dan
pengangkatan dengan tanda keselamatan.
h) To Provide safe work during mobilization and demobilization of office containers, there are
consideration which take according to weight of the container.
h) Untuk memberikan pekerjaan yang aman selama mobilisasi dan demobilisasi peti kemas
kantor, ada pertimbangan yang mempertimbangkan berat peti kemas.
i) The site supervisor should prepare the site area to be clean and clear from obstruction.
i) Pengawas lokasi harus mempersiapkan area lokasi agar bersih dan bebas dari halangan.
j) Positioned the Crane near the designated storage area and steel plate should be place over
the landed of the crane out-rigger.
j) Posisikan crane di dekat area penyimpanan yang ditentukan dan pelat baja harus
ditempatkan di bawah out trigger.
k) Attached the four shackles lifting gear with tag line to the hook attached.

k) Pasang empat shackle pada lubang kontener dengan tali tag ke kait yang terpasang.
l) Attached the four shackle to the four lifting slot corners of steel plates, container and ensure
that the shackle were locked.
l) Pasang keempat hooks ke empat sudut slot pengangkat pelat baja, kontener dan pastikan
bahwa shackle terkunci.
m) Lift one container at a time and unload at the nearby designated storage area.
m) Angkat satu kontainer pada satu waktu dan bongkar di tempat penyimpanan terdekat yang
ditentukan.
n) The load shall be controlled by means of tag lines to prevent the load from turning or
swinging.
n) Beban harus dikontrol dengan menggunakan tag line untuk mencegah beban berputar atau
berayun.
o) Repeat the process until all materials were unloaded.
o) Ulangi proses tersebut sampai semua bahan dibongkar.
p) Safety equipment must always present and ready for immediate use.
p) Peralatan keselamatan harus selalu ada dan siap digunakan segera.
q) The weight of container is 3 Tonnes
q) Berat kontener adalah 3 Ton
