General Comments:

Emma has excelled this term and has been a shining star from the outset and throughout the
school year so far. Coming into the class with great English language, basic knowledge of the
core subjects, and an eagerness to learn new things, which she has undoubtedly done. Her
assessment scores and general work is always in the top five of her peers. She has excellent
communication skills. She is able to speak clearly and express herself well. She contributes well
and shares her opinions during group and whole-class discussions.
Even on occasions releasing that sometimes she may be in a more advanced stage than her
peer(s) and then proceeding to scaffold the children’s learning that she is working with and assisting
Mr. Gough in teaching.
Emma is a friendly and polite young girl with a fantastic personality. I can say with certainty that
she is liked by all the members of our class. She always follows the class/school rules and is a
fantastic role model for her peers. Keep up your hard work and thirst for new knowledge, Emma. If
she does this she will continue with her positive results, socially and academically.

Academic targets
 Remember her finger spaces and punctuation.
 To practice solving her maths problems at a slower speed, yes she knows the answer but working
so fast can sometimes lead to little errors.
Social & well-being target
 Handle small conflict situations, without the teacher’s intervention.
