This assessment will require you to research and review the operation of one of the following types of
community service sectors operating in Australia:

 Support service for youth experiencing mental health and homelessness;

 Support service for women and children experiencing family violence.

Your essay must include the following:

 A description of the service sector you have chosen and identification of two
management challenges that the service sector might face;
 An analysis of two partnerships that services operating in this sector could establish to
help address the management challenges identified;
 Discuss the importance of innovation in the context of the community service sector you
have selected.

You must use APA 7 referencing. Your written essay should include at least 8 peer reviewed (scholarly)
journal articles or book chapters, in addition to any textbook references, reports by service
organizations and government reports or websites.
