Assignment 2: Case study (20%)

Task description:
Choose a crisis case that was discussed during the class (or you can choose your own):
- Analyze its organizational crisis, discuss how the firm responded to the crisis, and analyze whether its crisis management is effective
or not.
- Analyze its stakeholder before and after the crisis to demonstrate how crisis communication management of the firm work.
- Evaluate the whole process of CCM including pre-crisis, crisis events, and post-crisis.
- Recommendation
You should use a mix of scholarly references, media coverage, and organizational materials.
You will write a 3000 words (± 10%) case study which includes key findings for the organization’s crisis that you have analyzed
Requirements:
The format must be Times New Roman font, 13 size, double-spaced. You need to submit both soft copy (via LMS) and hard copy (in
class). The layout must be clear, well-organized, and neat.
You need to have your name and student ID on the cover page or on the top of your paper.
