Direction: Read and understand each item then explain in your own understanding.
1. The ego is not master in its own house. (Sigmund Freud)

Upon realizing and rationalizing, “The ego is not master in its own house” by Sigmund Freud
had something to do within how we should identify what crucial roles does our ego plays. Ego is
defined to as psychological component of the personality that is presented by making our
decisions. We are playing significant roles in attaining our desires that is appropriately realistic
and socially appropriate.

Our ego isn’t simply just recognized nor by letting problems to dissipate with our subconscious.
But rather finding ways to reconcile ourselves, by this I concluded that ego is just part of our
existence but not literally govern our entire personality and life.

In addition, ego focuses with our consciousness of being a person. Ego is partnered by id and
superego; which id and superego are two different paths in making decisions. Ego plays a lot with
the decision makings which id and superego were not literally govern by ego but ego is superior
than the two.

2. The principle goal of education is to create men who are capable of doing new things, not
simply of repeating what generations have done – men who are creative, inventive and
discoverers. (Jean Piaget)

Within the knowledge blessed one me and with the wisdom that I have, the study of Jean
Piaget allows me to think of how did humanity evolved because of the big and crucial influence
and contribution of education.

The existence of human being is the evidence of evolvement because human is indeed
identified to be the most intelligent among of all of the organisms living in world. As time passes
by, the educational attainment of every centuries had change. Many evolvements happen within
the knowledge and wisdoms of human being which enables things to be created because of
imaginative and creativeness minds of human.

Education cognitively brought a lot of changes to humanity, the creations of machineries and
objects that makes human lives to be easier and convenient. Educations is indeed and evidently
open’s the minds of the entire humanity. Educations enables us discover objects and materials
that may help us to have a better life. Education is the one accountable of allowing human being
to be capable of doing new things. Its not just focuses with repeating what past generations have
done but more likely, things were improved and re modeled for human convenience. In addition,
educations allow human being to be creative, inventive and even more to discoverers.
