MINUTES OF OPENING OF BID

Procurement of MNHS Security Guard

(Tuesday October 13,2020)

The Opening of Bids for the project of Procurement of MNHS Security Guard with an ABC of
Three Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand (Php. 324,000) was called to order at 3:00 P.M. at
Malangas National High School Covered Court, and was presided over by the BAC Chair
Warlie U. Almocera.

The BAC Chair before proceeding the Opening of Bids, Acknowledge the presence of the
member of the BAC and TWGs. The bidders were duly notified and invited to observe the
conduct of the Opening of Bids but no representative was sent. The said project was posted
at the PhilGEPS website on October 8, 2020. For the project, three (3) bidders requested for
order management through PhilGEPS website but only two (2) submitted their Bid
Form/RFQ.

The BAC Chair proceeded then with the opening of the Eligibility/ Technical Envelope from
the two bidders. The envelopes were properly sealed.
The BAC evaluated the documents submitted for the Procurement of MNHS Security Guard.
