(CIVIL MILITARY OPERATION)

Civil Military Operations, or CMO, are actions carried out by Armed Forces of
the Philippines (AFP) in order to reduce civil involvement with military operations
while maximizing civil support. Civil Military Operation is used in combination with
ground operations during wartime and other event which is the military is involved
and becomes a critical component of a counter-insurgency of the military campaign.
Civil Military Operation has a big role when it comes to documentary the
series of situation like, wars, natural and man-made crisis, celebration, ceremonies
and other events which the Armed Forces of the Philippines conducting those
operation. In order to take and capturing photos and taking videos for us to be able
to appreciate the efforts of the military. In each every ROTC Unit they have CMO,
the Tarlac State University ROTC Unit we have also this CMO for us to be able
taking photos and record the events, ceremonies, and also celebration of either
students, school officials and other important person to have a compilation to those
events.
The Purpose of Civil Military Operation for taking photos and videos in the
warfare not only for documentary the events, but also to make a report to the
commander and other officials for them to make a possible solutions and
recommendations for that events, while in the ceremonies and celebrations of the
public officials like, President, vice presidents, senators, congressman and
congresswoman, mayors and other officials they conduct Civil Military Operation to
have civil interference and maximize civil support for military for the present and
future operations.
It is important to have a Civil military operation that are exercises brought out
through military powers with common help. CMO are used to limit common
impedance and to boost common help endeavors in request to encourage mission
achievement while combining targets. CMO include a wide scope of exercises from
common organization, to asset distribution and the board. CMO are particularly
significant during battle activities. CMO frequently center around framework through
setting up, restoring, or getting goals. Endeavors join imperative human
administrations, like medical clinics, water supply, crisis administrations, common
organization including authoritative and legal capacities, interchanges and data,
methods of transportation and circulation, energy creation, stockpiling and
appropriation, just as trade and financing. Establishments and organization of CMO
shift from one military to another. Some have specific units committed to CMO, like
common undertakings units, while others have task powers to take on explicit
powers and tasks. Operational achievement depends intensely on common military
tasks. Not exclusively are CMO fundamental in current missions drove by powers
everywhere on the globe, yet their utilization is a developing pattern in the manner
military powers approach situations from the arranging stage through execution,
however making arrangements for CMO could be limitlessly improved.
The TAC NCO/CO of each CDC in 3 Regional Community Defense Group
(3RCDG) taught every Advance Officer how to make a proper Civil Military Operation
for us in order to make an advantage for our mission and targets, and for us to be
ready in our present and future military operations.
