1. A Regular Division Management Committee Meeting for Elementary and

Secondary Schools shall be conducted at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Magsaysay
Avenue, Naga City on November 4, 5 and 8, 2021.

2. The agenda for this Division MANCOM Meeting are as follows:

a. QMS and PRIME-HRM Updates
b. Fund Utilization (SDO and Schools)
c. Special Hardship Allowance Updates
d. CID Updates
• Updated BE-LCP
• Hauling, Distribution of Learning Resources

 4. The Google Meet App meeting ID/Link and password will be provided to the
Elementary School Heads who will be attending virtually prior to the conduct of the
ManCom Meeting.

5. Participants in the venue are enjoined to observe the strictest health protocols
currently being imposed by the IATP for the Covid-19. Everyone shall subject
. themselves in the screening area manned by our Health Personnel. Kindly bring your
vaccination card, as it is now being required. Those experiencing cold symptoms and
fever will be exempted from attending this meeting but must notify this office and be
responsible to whatever concerns transpired in the meeting.
6. The Hosts for the MANCOM Meeting shall be as follows:

November 4, 2021 - Secondary - 2ndCongressional District

November 5, 2021 - Secondary - 5thCongressional District
November 8, 2021 —Elementary - 2ndCongressional District

7. Registration fees, travelling and other incidental expenses shall be charged to the
MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
