Responsibilities:
 Knowledge and skills in the electrical and mechanical functional operation/procedures of
the production process /flow. Including set up parameters, and starts up procedures of
machines.
 Knowledge of the physical and inherent properties and product specification of the
division finished products and monitors compliance of all production output.
 Conducts monitoring, maintenance, trouble shooting and corrective repair/rescue of all
production machineries and equipment and all of their support accessories.(e.g. cooling
tower,chiller,compressor )
 Documents in a timely and comprehensive manner the production machinery and
equipment problems encountered during production operations and any corrective
repair /rescue tasks performed.
 Tests all purchased electrical/electronic or mechanical spare parts and/or evaluate all
contracted outside machine works service to repair any production machinery and
equipment that is down and not operating and requires rescue.
 Implements the preventive maintenance (PM) plan/schedule.
 Provides accurate and timely status or activity reports as required.
 Complies with all agreed KPIs.
 Follows and supports all company policies and regulations, safety health and security
programs and ISO 9000 quality management programs.
