mounded bullets to be corrected as Under Ground Bullets, and Capacity to be corrected as 3500
Kgs.
In facilities the details of other allied ALDS equipment not Updated such as : Dispensing unit, no of
Nozzles, other facilities and Layout.

The chapter -4 in Sub clause 4.2 Sl no: 1 it was updated as BPCL in general. The Manual is
Location Specific- To be Updated the ALDS location Name.
The Location Scope & Intent shall be location specific. It was mentioned in general things, to be
updated as per regulations.

In Table 2- Classification of Emergencies, LPG Dispenser unit Small Fire, Large Fire and U/G LPG
Pipe line leaks has not been considered. The same may be included and considered.

In schedule -I Location Onsite Emergency Plan – Status Complied, If it is complied the reference
details Date Complied to be specify and updated.
Schedule sl no:5 & 6 -Testing and Mock Drills (On-site – Level I) Once in 3 Months – Date actually
conducted dates & 6- Testing and Mock Drills (Off site) dates to be updated. Schedule- I to be
Updated as per requirements.
In Schedule -II some of licenses-In the column-Applicability is Yes and in Licenses column it
appears- NA. It is Conflict. If it is Applicability the same licenses reference numbers valid dates to
be updated in Manual.
Schedule –II to be Updated and completed. PESO License Valid Date Not Updated.
All the other applicable licenses to be Updated including Weights & Measures, Calibration, NOC,
Fire service Dept NOC etc, to be updated.
In sub clause 10.1 Hazard Identified LPG leak from Dispenser, U/G Pipeline, Unloading Pipe
Failure, not Included, to be included in Manual. Natural Disaster like Lightning to be included with
Mitigation taken at ALDS.
The Subclauses –10.2, Clause- c, d needs to be Updated suitably with ranking.
The Risk Assessment at Critical areas Risk Level Contour map not included. The study report with
Impact to be Included in Manual in this chapter.

10.3 The Causes of disaster Natural / Calamities and Extraneous the latest PNGRB amendments -
2020 to be Included. Few Missing to be updated in line with PNGRB requirements.

Schedule -III The Layout and other Facilities at Distance of 2 Km Radius not Shown in Map. Not
Encircled.

11.3 Clause iv) not addressed fully regarding- Inbuilt safety Interlocks at LPG tanks the ROV;s Trip
system, ATG systems not Included. These Facilities actually available not Updated.
Early Warning, safety Interlocks provide for Facilities, details not addressed - . This mentioned as
general things. To be Updated as Provided at Location Equipment’s.

11.3 Table 16 The details as indicated-in column (details Attached) not matching the relevant
subject. Say 11.3.4, 11.3.5 and other details as indicated not Matching. To be corrected.

The Manual to be Updated as per PNGRB Amendments 2020. Few not Updated like 12.1 d)

Chapter-19.0 Sub clause- (b) the First Aid trained Persons list and Trained , Validity of training to
be updated. Earlier chapter First Aid Trained Persons not there, in this chapter Trained persons
available. It makes Conflict .To be Trained and with Valid Dates of First Aid to be Included as per
PNGRB requirements.
The Evacuation Plan subclause-2 Not Updated as per PNGRB regulations, and sequence also not
Maintained. Same to be Maintained.
Chapter- 22 Schedule-V not included, to be included and updated with all details.
Sub clause 28.1, The schedule-VIII (8) not included in the Manual. Same to be included in the
chapter.
Sub clause- 28.2 The Schedule- IX ( 9) the TREM Card Format as per PNGRB requirements not
Included. The same to be Included.

National Disaster Management Authority, District Disaster Management Authority and State
Disaster Management Authority names details and contact numbers to be included in Manual.
The Security Threat Plan in Sub Clause 29.0 10 &2) shall be as Chapter 30.0 - Named Security
threat Plan , including Bomb threat Plan.
Bomb threat Plan details and Contact details to be Included in the Manual.
Bomb threat drill conducted at location, training details for informing to Bomb Squad to be
included and annexures also.

Ch 32 -A new Chapter to be included after Onsite Audit – Audit report, Mock Drill conducted. Flash
Audit Compliance details.
In Index the Chapters and Numbers to be Included. All The Chapter shall be updated as per
PNGRB requirements Amendments- 2020.
