Project Title: (NOW&AGAIN) Website for Thrifting shop online Management system
Platform: PC, Laptops or Equivalent Devices.

2.1 Overview
Our thrift shop website resembles opening a secondhand store, in which you can keep used clothes
whatever you want and sell them at relatively low prices. We want to expand it especially here in our
region. The thrift shop seller gathers the items and then sell it in an affordable price.
The system will allow the management interface to:
1) The ability to see the rating of every seller.
2) View the selling process and selling rates.
3) Buy&Sell.
4) Check in and Check Out.
5) Shipping cost invoice.

The online system will also provide interface for the users in order to:
1) Ability to filter their search with the following options:
Colors, Type, Brand , Date , Size , and the money range.
2) Display availability of the products.
3) Ability to rate the seller and see the all the rates and reviews.

In addition to buy and shop , users can also sell so we provide interface for seller in order to:
1) view the sells states.
2) sellers can add their contact information in their page to allow to the user to contact if there is any
feedback or complaints about the product.
3) price the products and sell them.

2.2 Specifications
2.2.1 System Components
The Online Thrift Shop Management System has three main components:
The Administration Interface: The main management module of the website system. This interface will be
available to the management .
The product viewing interface: Allows users using this site to view the products, buying and rating them.
The seller interface: Allows sellers to keep up with their products and the good service.

2.2.2 Visions
a) Enhance the thrifting shop image by shifting to online environment in a simple cool way.
b) Increasing our use of second-hand products.
c) Aim to deliver the best services of the business through the online website system.
d) Extend the life cycle of wearable clothes and used product.
2.2.3 Goals
e) Build a successful and trustable online system to make sure that the customers' personal
information are protected and provide high quality services.
f) Allow all the possible payments method for the users.
g) The adventure of shopping at a thrift store being enjoyed by everyone.
h) The main goal of our website is to ensure that clients are able to get what they want at an affordable
price.
i) Affording a service for special needs such as, people with vision problems can zoom up to 250%
without losing quality. Also, adding Voice Over option for reading reviews and detailed info.

2.2.3 Objectives
a) Our primary objective is to make goods available to those who cannot otherwise afford them.
b) Increase demands on the thrift shop online services.
c) Spreading awareness and educate all ages about sustainable clothes - goods.
d) Attract more customers and flourish the business activities by expanding the customers’ range of the
business.
e) Making profits for both of the users and the management.

Joseph has so many experiences with thrift stores but he didn’t find any thrift store yet
that satisfied his needs, so he wants to learn about our website from the user's point of
view and point of view of a professional stylist .
Joseph uses his tablet to browse the websites on google chrome and he spends around 3-4
hours surfing the web. He always read information about the things he loves like new

checks his email to keep up with his business and watch inspiration videos about styling
and fashion.

Scenarios:
1st Scenario :

Joseph is a businessman, he's 35 years old, lives with his family. On Sunday morning at work,
his friend told him about a new thrift website that he might be interested in. He didn't get the
idea about it so, he decides to read reviews and information about it from different users that
already use it. he was searching on many websites until he reaches to NOW&AGAIN website.
he spends his break and his free time searching about the clothes, vintage products, price, size,
and who’s the seller and from where it is. he's was surprised, delight, and satisfied about the
result.
