Greetings of peace!

An institution becomes immobilized once few of the integral parts are damaged. Accordingly, our
institution has many of the said parts. We believe that we teachers gear the institution towards its utmost
efficiency. What we want to imply is that we only wish to be compensated as to what we deserve. We are
writing as your Licensed Professional Teachers. We have no reason to complain and ask for too much.
What we wish for is at least our salary rate adjustment as passers. We believe that this adjustment, even if
it’s just a few pesos, will literally help us in so many ways. Given the fact we are experiencing the current
effects of the quarantine, this increment will hopefully lessen the burden of providing for our family’s
everyday needs. We just hope that you understand our situation since this job is our only hope in
surviving these trying times. We have no other go to jobs and other means of supporting our financial
issues.

We may not have served for too long under the roof of your institution but we believe that we have spared
no effort in giving justification to the salary that you have granted us. We are truly thankful and indebted
to this job but, we hope that you will understand our present situation.

No matter what your decision is we will continue to serve to the best of our abilities. What we are asking
for is even just a bit of your consideration given that we are all being tested by these trying times. We
hope for a positive response from your office.

With that said, we also hope that you and your family are in a safe condition amidst this pandemic. Thank
