Children who are most at risk for reading failure do not have these early
experiences when they join kindergarten and elementary school. Many poor readers do

patterns on a regular basis. They are only exposed to bedtime and laptime reading on a
restricted basis.
This study aims to conduct a Project Libro ( L-earning, I-n, B-asic , R-eading , O-f non
readers children ) where it is a reading program for the non readers children at Brgy.
