2. Provide a copy of approved rates advisory to the
respective departments

Member Services Department (MSD Staff) 3. Disseminate the rates advisory prior to kWh meter
reading period thru posting in QUEZELCO1’s social
platforms (Facebook and website)

4. Provide a copy of the rates advisory to the complaints

clerks of sub-offices

Complaints Clerk 5. Complaints Clerk will disseminate the information to

consumers who will complain regarding the rates or
electric bill
