1. Key distinguishing features of the product and benefits

Mamba's refreshing and healthy drinks is a product that is characterized by being made from:

1. Organic ingredients of the best quality, combinations of fruits and vegetables rich in
vitamins, antioxidants and potassium.
2. Contains no colorants or additives.
3. Contributions in proteins, minerals, lipids and fibers that provide a better quality to the
product.
4. Its main sweetener is 100% natural honey.
5. The product container is entirely made of glass, which allows maintaining the original
quality of the content without affecting the taste, smell or color.

All this range of components that healthy beverages have benefits the product itself, since,
at present, the demand for organic products has been increasing in the sense that there are more
consumers who want and prefer to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, consuming more and
more organic food.

2. Advantages of using the product and problem solving for potential customers

Mamba is a product created and designed to meet the needs of the consumer, made with
organic ingredients of the highest quality, lipids, fibers and proteins, without dyes or additives,
i.e. 100% natural, which has the following advantages:

1. Helps and stimulates good immune development.

2. Reduces the risk of cancer.
3. Eliminates toxins from the body.
4. Helps digestion and weight loss.
5. Provides energy to the body.
6. Alkalinizes the body helping to prevent disease and improves cardiovascular health.

Mamba uniquely meets the needs of the population by offering healthy beverages, rich in
protein and nutrients, with all the vitamins the body needs, meeting all the requirements and
permits for its consumption, as well as preventing diseases.

The logo represents the main ingredients grown by indigenous and peasant communities
in southern Colombia. This way we provide them with alternative livelihoods, away from illicit
crops and illegal mining, on the other hand also has a social sense with the environment so the
production is sustainable, and the packaging is made of video so it can be recycled and reused,
finally in the promotional images see the product in a jungle with birds that represents how it is
socially committed to the community and environmental commitment.

5. Manufacturing process and flow chart.

Mamba beverage manufacturing process

The manufacture of our refreshing drinks made 100% with natural fruits and protein
contributions, requires a process that begins from the reception of raw material to the delivery of
the final product, the process is detailed below:

1. Reception of raw material: The raw material is received, such as fruit, vitamin
supplements and honey, each of these is stored in the corresponding area for subsequent
classification and preparation.

2. Selection and classification of fruit: It is developed manually, in this inspection the

operator observes the state, quality and maturity of the fruit.
3. Washing the fruit: In this activity the fruits will be cleaned with drinking water as
indicated in Resolution No. 2674 of 2013 of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
4. Peel the fruit: In this step, the fruit is prepared where the peel, seeds or other parts that
are not used or required for making beverages are removed.
5. Cut and prepare portions: In this activity, the operator must cut the fruit into cubes and
they will be stored in the ideal and calculated portion for each drink allowing to have a
detailed and exact control for the preparation.
6. Freeze the fruit: In order to provide a refreshing drink and avoid decomposition of the
fruits, they will be stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 8 ° C.

The previous steps describe the process of preparing and storing the raw material, the
process of preparing the beverages is described below:

7. Selection of ingredients: The ingredients are selected according to the type of drink, the
fruit will be taken from the refrigerator and portioned according to the amount to be
prepared, this is put in an industrial blender and then vitamins, honey and water are
added.
8. Strain: In order to provide a seed-free juice, the straining process is carried out.
9. Bottling: The drinks will be packed in glass bottles by the bottling machine which allows
us greater agility in filling times.
10. Packing and packaging: Finally, these drinks will be stored in boxes that allow the
bottles to arrive in perfect condition since they have a specialized thickness system and a
fixing system that does not allow them to present movement, on the other hand, they
preserve the cold chain of our drinks.
