Classroom Policies: 1. Class participation is highly valued. Many of the projects/ assignments may seem very hard to accomplish, and for this reason, class participation is necessary for you to
gain confidence in your ability to comply.
2. Module Output is graded on thoughtfulness and effort in most cases. The quality of your responses is the focus. It is worth noting that both class work/homework/ module
output constitute a large percentage of your grade. Late work or work partially done may receive a minus. Obviously, work not completed receives a 0%. Avoid plagiarism
at all times.
3. When research activities are required, please include the references following the APA format.
4. Submit the activities (hard/soft copy on/before the indicated deadline. Late submission will incur five (5) points deduction of the total score for each day. Secure the
transmittal letter every time you submit your activities or as directed. (See attached copy of the transmittal letter.)
5. Projects are given advanced due dates, and it is important to pass in this work on time. Every effort will be made to help students before the assignment is due. Late
projects and essays will lose 10 points per day late, unless I have been spoken to in advance about some extenuating circumstances.
6. None-compliance to the requirements of the subject after two (2) weeks of regular classes will be DROPPED from the list. You may re-enrol the subject next school year.
7. Be assertive and update oneself in the Facebook Group Chat (GC) at the agreed consultation hours for announcements/reminders.
8. Materials submitted to fulfil academic requirements must represent a student’s own efforts. Any act of academic dishonesty is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
