take over 45 hours to
complete a perfect Brine

35 hours soaking in the
cure and 12 hours slow
smoking in our walk-in
pit. A turkey that has
been brined and cured
before smoking creates
that extra touch that re-
tains its moisture and
makes it so much juicier
and flavorful. Many of

Smoked Turkeys from
