Background: After pulling a few strings, Green Lantern G’newman
convinced the Guardians to accept his incompetent nephew G’nort as the
Green Lantern of sector 2112–an uninhabited region of space. Hiding on
Oa during the Manhunter invasion, G’nort encountered the Justice League
International. G’nort followed the team to Earth and eventually became a
member of Justice League Antartica. Later, as a member of the Darkstars, he
was captured by Manga Khan as a bartering tool for L-Ron, but was freed by
the Super Buddies. G’nort was last seen wandering on Earth.

Background: Ganthet is a member of the Guardians of the Universe, a
race of diminutive, blue-skinned beings, who gathered together sentients from

the Guardians for uncounted millennia.When Hal Jordan absorbed the Main Power
Battery of Oa, Ganthet became the last Guardian, charged with bestowing the last
power ring. He gave it to freelance artist Kyle Rayner.

Background: Leading the rebellion against
Sinestro’s oppressive reign on Korugar, Katma Tui
eventually took over his role as the Green Lantern
of sector 1417. This act was seen as treason by
her kinsmen and she became known as “Katma
the Lost.” She fell in love with the scientist Imi
Kahn, but was convinced by Hal Jordan to leave
him for the duty with the corps. When Jordan
left the corps for his own love, Carol Ferris,
Katma pursued Hal, feeling betrayed by Jordan’s
hypocracy. She eventually fell in love with and
married fellow Green Lantern, John Stewart. Sadly
and ironically, Katma was later murdered by Ferris
who was under control of the Star Sapphire.

Perplex
First Appearance: Tales of the Green Lantern Corps #1 (1981)
Background: Teenaged Arisia followed her father’s footsteps
as the Green Lantern of Graxos IV in sector 2815. She met her
“neighboring” Green Lantern Hal Jordan and developed a crush.
After gaining distinction during battles against Krona and Nekkron
Arisia eventually relocated to Earth after the Great Crisis. After
she subconsciously used her power ring to age herself, she began
a relationship with Jordan. When the great power battery was
destroyed, the powerless Arisia stayed on Earth. While thought to
have been murdered by Major Force, she has been discovered as a
prisoner of the Manhunters.

Background: The Xudarian scientist Tomar-Re was recruited into
the Green Lantern Corps to protect sector 2813. While he served as a
successful Green Lantern, Tomar-Re was always haunted by the tragedy
he failed to prevent: the destruction of Krypton. Tomar-Re was one of
the first alien Green Lanterns Hal Jordan met, and the two became good
friends. He was an active leader in the Corps; as prosecutor in the trial
of Sinestro and mentor to many young Green Lanterns, including Arisia
and Katma Tui. During the Great Crisis, Tomar-Re fell in battle against
the Weaponers of Qward. His dying act was to pass his power ring on
to John Stewart.
