Background
Preppa is a platform where PMs can get
connected with Expert PMs, SPMs from

companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Gojek to

practise for their upcoming interview.

We believe one of the most effective forms of

interview preparation is to get a structured
assessment on their skills with a path that helps
them cover their blindspots. In a world full of
zillions of content resources, this will help them

declutter the noise and truly focus on what is

important for their interview preparation.

Each expert mock interview is for 75 mins and it
is followed by detailed written feedback from
the experts. Users can book interviews using
their dashboard with experts of their choice.

Premise
You are launching a B2B Preppa

(Interview-as-a-service) offering for companies.

(What’s B2B?)

Companies can use the expert interviewer

network on Preppa and get detailed written

feedback on candidates' skills along with

interview recordings.

You can imagine the offering as an external

service that companies will use to

evaluate candidates in the hiring pipeline to

expedite their hiring process. In turn, this saves
them a lot of resources like time and bandwidth
spent in scheduling, interviewing, etc., which can
be better spent on other important aspects of
building a high-growth company.
