2. Why is it needed to properly select the raw materials in preparing the pickled vegetable
demonstration?
Because raw materials can play a big role in the pickled demonstration, and it can big helps to your pickled
vegetable.
Activity 2: Cut the Fish?
Directions: Study and analyze the picture then answer the guide questions.
Situation: A big whole round fish cooked in a small pan.

Guide questions:

1. Is it appropriate to use the small pan?

No, because if the fish is big how the fish can fit to the small pan, so it’s better if we use a big pan.
So, if we use a big fan the fish can cook well.

2. What will happen to the fish if it is cooked whole using the pan?

The fish will be cooked properly.

3. How will you cook the fish without replacing the pan?

If the other side is already cooked just flip the fish, so the both side will be even, even though without
replacing the pan.

4. What kind of cut you will do if you are instructed to cook the fish into:
a. fried fish - slice the both side.
b. stock fish - none.
c. grilled fish - side part of the fish.
d. pickled fish - cut the fish into chunks.
