Instructions: In this section, you learned that necessity is the mother of inventions and
innovations. Inventions are not simply made but are motivated by various social,
political, cultural, and economic contexts. In this task, you will address this question: “If
you were an inventor, what would you invent?” In thinking about an invention, make
sure that you come up with one that has not been invented yet but is possible to be
invented yet but is possible to be invented in the near future. On the space below,
sketch a draft of your invention. You can sketch it by using hand drawing then paste it in
here, or digital art. Then answer the questions that follow.

1. What is your invention? What does it do?

 Qr code Chip Detector

- It is a small chip qr code indicated on the students ID's. It is helpful to easily track
where the students are whether they are inside or outside the school. The qr code chip
detector will help to rescue someone who is in trouble.

2. How is your invention similar to or different from existing tools or technologies in

terms of function?

 It is similar to any tracking devices that we use but this invention of mine will be
different in their function because it can track the student to know where they are and
can find easilly find them because it can connect to a school monitor or relatives
devices. The qr code chip is not removable and it is waterproof device to prevent from
any damage.

3. Why is there a need for an invention? How will this invention make the world a better
place to live in.

 Inventions help people around the world to live life easily. It provide ways to discover
more productive and helpful technology. One of the benefits of invention is that they

make our task easier and to improve our knowledge in the world even saving a life
