Vehicle Tracking System

Vehicle Tracking System (in the form of a mobile app) is a unique in house
system developed and implemented by HC1 platform in collaboration with
M/s Road Cast to track vehicles for monitoring the movement of any SPV
vehicles (route patrol, ambulance, etc.) from any location at any time.
With the help of Glob al Positioning System (GPS), Global System for
Mobile communication (GSM) modem and micro controller are embedded
with the aim of enabling us to track the vehicles easily and remotely
through the mobile network. The app allows geo-fencing of vehicles to
define their areas of operations.
We can view the live accurate location on the map. This app will generate pop-up / notification
if any vehicle deviates from the assigned path. It will also generate detailed reports like event
report, exact distance travelled (vehicle wise, ignition wise), fuel consumption, etc., along with
advance algorithms. The app will regulate the usage of vehicles and thereby optimize the
mobility operation cost. Eventually, this will be our small contribution to environmental
sustenance.

Training on Resilience in the time of Crises to HC 1 team by Dr. Anand Nadkarni, MD – Psychiatry on 31st May 2021.
Resilience in the time of crises
Resilience refers to abilityof an individual to bounce back even if some setbacks are caused due to a crisis. Since we regularly face challenges in our personal or
professional life, it is important to build a perspective for coping with the crisis especially the understanding as to which factors are within control and which
ones are beyond the control. It is essential to have acceptance for the factors which are beyond control but we should be able to generate alternatives among
controllable factors. Such a flexibility in thought process will help the individual in converting adverse situation into an affirmative prospect. Cultivating optimistic
approach is one of the keys to resilience. Dr. Anand Nadkarni, shared various instances of the role models who were able to cultivate an optimistic approach
which is one of the keys to navigate by enhancing resilience during crises.
