1ST QUARTER NSED

March 11, 2021

Kinalangan Elementary School last March 11, 2021 at 2:00 o’clock PM conduct of the 1 st
Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, (NSED). Teachers, parents and learners were actively
participate in the said drill at home they sent pictures doing duck, cover and hold.

2nd QUARTER NSED
June 10, 2021

In reference with the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council through
the Office of Civil Defense held the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
(NSED) on June 10, 2021 at 9:00 am. This was participated by the faculty of Kinalangan
Elementary School headed by Aileen S. Javier, and the SDRRM Pedro R. Revadinera

The National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) conducts nationwide

earthquake drills quarterly, as one of the tools to promote disaster preparedness among

communities and practice the importance of alertness despite the pandemic.

The world is now experiencing sudden change of climate – extreme rainfall

and sudden extreme hot temperature which lead to floods and natural disasters. To
save mother earth, Kinalangan Elementary School – Bawat Guro, Isang Puno, in

1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
March 10, 2022
 Kinalangan Elementary School, was successfully conducted the Earthquake
Drill on March 10, 2022 at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning. The objectives of the
NSED is to improve participants' and the general public's understanding of the
immediate steps to be taken when an earthquake occurs.

Tree Planting Narrative

 Last, Kinalangan Elementary School teachers, headed by Ma’am Aileen S. Javier
together with the partner stakeholder, Militar Headed by, and DA representative took hand
in hand in planting seedlings at inside the school premises It was 8 o’clock (8:00) in the
morning when the tree planting activity has started and ended at four o’clock (4:00).

There were two hundred (200) cacao seedlings, which were donated by, another
partner stakeholder of our school. The planted seedlings were expected be fully grown for
the next years to come that will help save our mother earth.

It was a significant day for everybody who joined the tree planting activity.
