ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT (ACR)

RATIONALE
 Earthquake drill is one set of simulated emergency/preparedness plan designed to
test he ability of the school-teachers, pupils and parents to make appropriate
decision and response during an actual earthquake to ensure their safety.
OBJECTIVES
Earthquake drill aims to train the pupils and teachers in preparing an emergency
response plan before, during and after an actual earthquake.
Earthquake drill enables participants to be prepared and respond to the
complications that may encounter in an actual earthquake.

AGENDA
Earthquake preparedness and emergency response.

HIGHLIGHTS
The Earthquake Drill conducted was headed by the school NDRRM Coordinator- Sir Abel
A. Lobos. He tackled about emergency responses/ preparedness plan before, during and after an
earthquake. He also showed proper action to be taken during an earthquake in order to reduce injury
and ensure safety.
Further, School Head, Ma’am Leah Jane C. Morillo have shared some additional information
regarding the activity being conducted. She emphasized the importance of being oriented and
prepared during this disaster for safety.
Afterwards, simulation activity for earthquake drill were conducted with all of participants of
the activity.

REMARKS
The activity was successfully conducted. Teachers from Ginagdanan Elementary
School, BLGU- Committee Chair, SPGO Officers and GPTA Officers attended the
activity.
