Improvement Plan

This plan is a critical tool that you will be required to use as a delegate on the APEX programme.

You should record your assessment of areas for improvement during each module and document the actions required to benefit your project.

You should also use it to record the actual outcomes of actions taken and a description of the benefits realised.

There is space on the final page for you to reflect on the learning as a whole and to comment on the broad benefits gained.

The updated improvement plan must be made available to the FM Specialist during Supervision and Implementation Support Missions

The updated improvement plan must regularly be submitted to the Finance Officer in charge on a quarterly basis
