DIRECTIONS: Read and examine Angelica Ruby F. Gabay’s Valedictory Address to Completers Batch
2019-2020.

To our beloved principal, Dr. Eunice F. Miranda, to our teachers, parents, friends, guests and
fellow completers...good morning. What an honor it is for me today to celebrate MNHS Moving Up
Ceremony of Class 2019-2020.i can tell you that it is one of the best parts of my life, to participate in
this joyful, momentous occasion.
I want to thank my parents, family and friends for their love and support. i know that all
parents want the bests for their children. I would also like to thank the faculty members and staff of
this institution for their guidance and patience.
We are here today to participate in the praise and wonder of our achievements. Today is the
moment to reflect on how we spent our time here in MNHS as the world has changed around us.
Today is a day to acknowledge and celebrate our unwavering commitment to advance the causes
and the knowledge that matter most in this time and of course to us. This day is about us and what
we've achieved through hard work, determination and moments of creative inspiration. Despite the
pandemic, despite the covid 19, we are still here today to celebrate our moving up ceremony which
shows that no one, nothing can stop us from achieving our dreams.
Moving up ceremony is a time to imagine our future and the world to come. When we think
of the path ahead, we may gain perspective by looking back to where we have been. High school has
been an unforgettable journey. The past four years have been one of the most memorable and
influential moments of our lives. Individually, our experiences here were unique, but together, we
shared a common bond as all members of Batch 2019-2020.
I am filled with excitement and joy as the next stage in my life is about to begin. But i know
that without the support of my parents, family and friends and our teachers, we may not have made
it this far. They have been there for us, guiding us, inspiring us, motivating us, supporting us and
watched us grow as mature and responsible individuals. So once again to my parents and family,
friends and all my teachers.....thank you.
Classmates, fellow completers, i wish you all good luck for the years to come. May those
years to come be kind to all of us and may God and his wisdom bless us with success. Thank you and
