1. PRELIMINARIES

On receipt of Letter of Award, Project-in-charge, designated for the

project along with key team members will report to Client/
Representatives and make arrangements to take over the site.

Following actions will be initiated:

Setting out survey

Site logistic Plan for temporary site office, Stores, lab, Shuttering &
Rebar yards be prepared and established in consultation with the
Client.

Setting up the Labour colony (outside the site premises).

Setting/Sourcing for RMC plant (outside site premises).

Construction Power & Water arrangements.

Preparation and submission of detailed Master Schedule with

resource planning.

Applications for royalty permissions.

2 MAJOR BUILDING STRUCTURES:

 Data Hall_ G+2 floors

 Gantry Structure_G+5
 FS Building_ G+2
 Substation_ (G+3 floors)
 Fuel Facility
 Other works

3.0 SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION:

Enabling works: “Oct 21 to Dec 21”

 Demolition of old/existing Structure:
 Removal UG Trenches
 Removal sub structures
 Removal of water bodies
 Removal of Tress

Main works: “Jan 22 to June 23”

3 Main Structures i.e. Data Hall, Gantry & FS building works shall be
started in parallel, 2 other structures i.e. Substation & fuel facility shall
be started 3 months later to decongest site from stacking excavated
stuff.

4 DEPLOYMENT OF MAJOR EQUIPMENTS:

Batching Plant :
1 No 30 cum/hr capacity batching plant shall be sourced in nearby
area/ optional at site.

Transit Mixers: 5 Nos of Transit mixers shall be required.

Tower crane:
The initial location of the Tower crane is as shown in the logistic
plan.1 No 60 Mtr Jib length 1.5Mt tip load external type shall be
used for handing Rebar’s & Shuttering materials:

Material/ Passenger Hoist:

As per the requirement shall be deployed for men/ material
movement.

5 FORMWORK SYTEM
Columns: RMD Panels

• Concreting shall be done using concrete pumps

• DE shuttering time 24hrs.

Slab & Beams:

18mm thick densified plywood using Cup lock staging with drop head
system.
 1 set of slab area materials shall be deployed with 1 set of back
props.
 Concreting shall be done using concrete pumps
 DE shuttering 14 days for Slab & 21 days for Beams bottom
