1. Physical inspection of EPAX / Telephones to be done.

2. EPAX System / Telephones Make, Model & Quantity to be verified per order.
3. EPAX / Telephones functionality to be checked by connecting telephones with EPAX system.

Extn-A. Extn-B will have busy tone. To set Auto Call
 Auto Call Back back, during the busy tone Give “Command key” at B Tested & Found OK
and hang up. Once Extn-A gets free, A will call back to
Extn-B automatically without human intervention.
Make a call from Extn-A to Extn-B and while B is ringing,
 Call Pick Up press ‘Command key’ from Extn-C and pick up the call Tested & Found OK
to establish the speech between A & C
Make a call from Extn-A to Extn-B. Extn-A activates
conference with C, A puts B on hold by pressing
 Conference ‘FLASH’  Dial Extn-C Speech between A & C Tested & Found OK
From A, Press ‘Command keys’ to bring B in conference
 Conference (Speech) between A,B & C
Extn-A and Extn-B are in speech. If Extn-C need to talk
 Priority to Extn-A, C will use priority feature by pressing ‘Feature Tested & Found OK
Command key’
Make a call from Extn-A to Extn-B. Pick up the call at B.
 Call Transfer Now put A on hold and dial Extn-C and transfer the call Tested & Found OK
to C so Extn-A and Extn-C are in to Speech.
Make a call from Extn-A to Extn-B and hear the ring
 Ringing Tone Tested & Found OK
tone at Extn-B
Make a call from Extn-A to Extn-B and hear ring back
 Ring Back Tone Tested & Found OK
tone at Extn-A
Make a call from Extn-A to Extn-B. While Extn-A & Extn-
 Busy Tone B are in speech, make another call from Extn-C to either Tested & Found OK
Extn-A or Extn-B and hear busy tone at Extn-C
 Tone / Pulse Make a Call from Extn-A to Extn-B in Tone Mode and
Tested & Found OK
Dialing also in Pulse Mode. Speech between A & B
03 TRUNK TEST
Make a call from EPAX-A to EPAX-B. Extension at B
 Out Going Call Tested & Found OK
should ring and speech should be established.
Make a call from EPAX-B to EPAX-A. Extension at A
 Incoming Call Tested & Found OK
should ring and speech should be established.
Make a route from EPAX-A to EPAX-B busy. Call
 Alternate EPAX-B from EPAX-A. System should select another
Tested & Found OK
Routing route automatically. Extension at A should ring and
speech should be established.
Make a call from EPAX-A to EPAX-C via EPAX-B.
 Transit Call Extension at C should ring and speech should be Tested & Found OK
established.
