Q2) What have I done or will do to mitigate/excel on it?
a) Age: I discovered that I have a bias for younger individuals, and that to solve
this problem, I would spend more time with the elderly.

b) Caste: When compared to Scheduled Case/Scheduled Tribe People, Forward

Caste has a strong inbuilt preference in me, it might be due to the
stereotypical thinking with which I have grown up in my surroundings and to
overcome it I will try to concentrate on recognising others as unique
personalities. Spend time thinking about people on a more personal, individual
level rather than depending on stereotypes to characterise them.
Attempt to change my stereotypes consciously. Try to intentionally change my
response if I notice that my reaction to someone is based on biases or
stereotypes.

c) Countries: In comparison to the United States, India has a moderate

automatic preference for me and to improve that I'm going to increase my
exposure. Spend more time interacting with folks from various racial origins.
Attend community activities or exhibits to learn more about their culture.

d) Gender: In my comparison to Female with Science and Male with

Humanities, Male has a moderate correlation with Science and Female with
Humanities, and I would change it by attempt to change my stereotypes
consciously. If I see that my reaction to someone is influenced by biases or
stereotypes, I will try to change it.

e) India-Pakistan: India has a moderate automatic preference in my

comparison to Pakistan. And to do so, I'll change my viewpoint. Consider things
from the perspective of a different person. If I were in the same situation, how
would I react? What elements might influence a person's behaviour in each
scenario or setting?

Increase my visibility. Spend more time with people of different ethnic

backgrounds. Learn more about their culture by participating in local events or
viewing displays.

f) Race: According to me, I have a strong innate bias for White People in
comparison to Black people, which I intend to modify by spending more time
with people of other racial backgrounds. Attend community activities or
exhibits to learn more about their culture.

g) Sexuality: In my opinion, there is little to no innate preference between

homosexual and straight people, and to maintain this, I strive to see things
from the perspective of others. What would I do if I found myself in the same
situation? What elements might influence a person's behaviour in each place
or situation?

h) Skin Tone: Light-skinned people have a strong automatic preference in my

eyes as compared to dark-skinned people. Boost my visibility. Spend more time
with people of various ethnicities. Attend local activities or displays to learn
more about their culture.

I) Weight: According to the findings, fat people have a slight automatic

preference over skinny people, which I want to address by practising
meditation, yoga, or focused breathing to promote mindfulness and become
more conscious of my thoughts and behaviours.
