For the program of the webinar, Ms. Advincula has contacted one IT professional
outside Olongapo City in the personality of Mr. Daniel Fernando Padilla. He tackled “How
to L.O.V.E with Daniel Padilla” as he was already tackling about this topic during his
past webinars attended. L.O.V.E stands for “Learn Open Source Vue.js Easily.” The
learning objectives of this webinar are as follows:
For the budget, the team had prepared Php 1,500.00 for the cash prize to the
winners of the virtual game conducted by the resource speaker. For the venue, since
during the time this webinar is conducted, the world is still coping with the pandemic. The
team decided to conduct it via Google Meet and will also be livestreamed on Facebook.
For the registration and evaluation forms, the team created it via Google Forms. Below

The day of the webinar has come. Earlier that day, the team made sure that
everything is already prepared. Mr. Legaspi was the host of the Google Meet link and
around 1:20pm he made sure that the meeting link is already open and ready to accept
participants. Ms. Soriano had screenshots and recording for documentation purposes. Mr.
Gonzaga taking over the Facebook livestreaming of the webinar. Mr. Rios joining the
resource speaker on coding during the latter’s talk. Ms. Advincula monitored the
attendance and also the winners of the virtual game. Mr. Uy was the host of the webinar,
and made sure that the participants will not get bored waiting for the start time of the
webinar by playing a YouTube link of a documentary about Vue.js sent to them by the
resource speaker. Below are some of the screenshots during the webinar:

C. POST-EVENT ACTIVITIES
As the team waits for the approval of the Dean of College of Computer Studies to
conduct this webinar, the team already created both the registration and evaluation forms
in Google Forms beforehand. The team agreed that they will conduct the webinar via
Google Meet and will be streamed live on Facebook. When the day the team received the
approval, they then started the preparation by creating the poster for the dissemination
of the webinar event through Facebook post together with the link of the registration
form. The team also created the e-Certificates to be given to those participants who will
tune in to the webinar until the end. As the day of the registration came to an end, a total
of 93 participants registered for the said webinar.
One day before the webinar day, Mr. Daniel Fernando Padilla, the resource speaker,
requested for a short meeting together with the team. He then explained what will be the
flow of his talk during the webinar proper, and he also had a conversation with the team
to get to know each other so that, according to him, we will not be awkward during the
webinar day. On the same day, a confirmation email was sent to the participants together
with the event programme, Google Meet link, links of the pre-requisites that are needed
to install, and a few reminders.
During the day of the webinar, the team started to accept the participants on the
Google Meet room 30 minutes before the start. While waiting for the time, the host played
a documentary video from YouTube about Vue.js and also requested the participants to
type their names and the name of the school where they are currently enrolled. As time
comes to start the webinar, the team started the program with a prayer, introduced the
team, introduced the resource speaker (Mr. Daniel Fernando Padilla), introduced the topic
he will be discussing. During his talk, he introduced himself and discussed a little bit what
is Vue.js through a slide presentation, and then proceeded to the demonstration on how
to create a project and code using that framework. He also moderated a game called
“Virtual Bring Me” where he asked questions and the participant who will answer it
correctly will receive a cash prize. He also entertained some questions from the
participants while demonstrating. As the resource speaker ended her talk, the host still
allowed the other participants to ask questions. After the Q & A (question & answer), one

member of the team provided the link of the evaluation form on the chat box for the
participants’ feedback on the organized webinar.
Days after the webinar, the team sent a thank you email to the participants together
with the e-Certificates. To the winners of the virtual game, a separate email was sent to
them asking for their GCash number for claiming their cash prize.
After the webinar proper, one member of the team provided the link of the
evaluation form on the chat box of the Google Meet room for the participants’ feedback
on the organized webinar. From the 93 people who registered, only 64 participants
attended and were given e-Certificates. As all of the 64 participants already responded to
the evaluation form we sent, here is the summary:
