How to survive a

Tsunami

Step number 1: Recognize the signs.
Normally tsunamis come after an earthquake so if you are
at the beach you shouldn’t go near the sea if an
earthquake occurs.

Step number 2: Get out of the beach.

You have to get at least 2 km away from the ocean and 30
meters above the sea level.

Step number 3: Look for higher ground.

Tsunamis travel quickly so you may not have enough
time for leaving the zone, so you must have to look for
tall buildings instead.
Step number 4: Protect yourself with something.
If you are not able to reach a tall building, then you can
protect yourself with a car or something that can help you
from the debris.

Step number 5: Wait because it’s not over.

After the first wave a lot more are going to come, so you
must wait until experts confirm the tsunami has stopped.
