MIN 1/21/07/20: PRELIMINARIES

- The chairman called the meeting to order at 9:30 am and invited the Head teacher to pray.

MIN 2/21/07/20: PREVIOUS MINUTES/MATTERS ARISING

- The members present confirmed the previous minutes as true records of what was
transacted.
- The work had gone as scheduled and the executive committee was happy with the
contractor.
- The Head teacher was requested to let the watchman clear the holes and along the walls.

MIN 3/21/07/20: ASSESSMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ECDE CLASSES

- The committee noted that, although the completion work was satisfactory, the area
needed toilets and finishing.
- The head teacher informed the committee that the remaining balance from the
expenditure so far was 81,000/= which may fix and complete the window panes.
- The execute committee requested the County government for a further Ksh 500,000/= to
help in procuring paints and painting as well as constructing the ECDE toilets.
- The committee resolved that, the fixing of window panes and painting to be done in
December 2020.
The meeting ended at 10.30 am with a word of prayer from Madam Vicky Chemtai.
