 Amending the Agreements in SAP as well as Ariba as per the BWR’s received.
 Working on Web cycles, dealing with the invoices and resolving the issues.

Procurement Executive
 Entering Orders for Order Management, GHX customers, WEB customers, PFO orders,
Standardization orders, Datex orders, Fax orders, GE Supply Orders using Oracle 11i.
 Follow ups with the warehouse regarding the orders entered and taking care of the
shipments.
 Issuing call tags to the orders.
 Providing customer support to the customers regarding the orders and providing the
updates regarding them.
 Working with the expediting team and getting the deficient parts expedited.
 Providing the customers with the Expected time of arrival (ETA) of the parts not in stock.
 Issuing Return material authourisations (RMA) requested by the customers.
 Making call outs to the US customers regarding the rentals.
 Preparing reports by extracting data from Oracle.
 Analyzing the data on weekly, bi weekly and monthly basis.
 Generating Purchase orders (PO’s) when required.
 Maintaining daily trackers for the process as well as the team and calculating CU for each
individual.
 Ensuring the quality check of the sales orders entered in the system.
 Coordinating with a four member team, managing their schedule, training and quality
check.
 Sending acknowledgements to the clients regarding the work assigned.
 Building up a database of all the suppliers regarding the medical equipments.
 Trained associates in the process handled by me and conducted pkts.
