ADMINISTRATION
 Directed oversight of operations of a service organization, including staff leadership, financial
sustainability, as well as the design and coordination of the day-to-day operations and services.
 Provided support to the President and the Board of Directors, preparing documents,
presentations, prioritizing inquiries and managing the calendar for the President.
 Prepared annual budgets and monitored performance against estimates.
 Organized monthly board meetings and membership annual meetings, making sure about
logistics, agenda and materials.
 Implemented electronic voting at the annual membership meeting in 2020, managing to increase
the number of votes by 30% compared to the previous year.
 Produced reports, presentations, graphs, charts for the Board, strategic partners and other
important committees where represented the organization.
 Prepared, proofread and formatted internal and external correspondences and served as primary
point of contact for the Board, staff and membership.

LEADERSHIP

EVENT PLANNING
 With the Board, designed and implemented the most important business luncheon in the
northern region, with the presence of the President of the Dominican Republic on different
occasions, as well as highly relevant national and international speakers. Eleven editions with the
latest event being 10 times larger than the first one in terms of revenue.
 Additionally, coordinated about 5 more important business events per year, including
conferences, congresses and talks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
 Served as project director for the most important initiative oriented to benefit family enterprises
in the DR, funded by IADB - approximately $1 MM CAD (Inter-American Development Bank (IADB
or IDB or BID)) and implemented by AIREN.
 This project resulted in the Center for the Development of the Family Enterprises, which have
reached 210 family enterprises (initial goal was 100), impacting 9,951 formal employments and
delivering 60 certified local consultants to the country.

TRAINING MANAGEMENT
 Designed and implemented training programs for the manufacturing sector, in alliance with
government and private institutions
 Reached more than 38,000 participants and involving 5 strategic actors in 13 years, including in-
person, online and hybrid delivery mode for these programs.
