K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum

The k-12 curriculum is a curriculum which is very useful although the curriculum can
add up to the study years but it is very useful specially it is a training program that prepares
students for the future and for their dream course. The style of teaching and study in the k-12 is
different from the junior high because in the k-12 you will much focus on your skill and
improving your skill. There are many advantages in the k-12 program specially it focusses more
on preparation of the students and in development of skills.
I think that if the k -12 could be much more improve it can bring a much larger benefit
and help to the students. Although the k-12 has cons but I think us the k-12 will be develop it
would be solution and will be much improve. I also think that the k-12 will bring many
opportunities specially to people who will not go to college because in the k-12 if they get the tvl
program they will get NC2 and with NC2 they can find a decent job.
The k -12 is not yet fully develop specially the tools and equipment for teaching it is
still lacking but I believe that with the help of the government and with the evolution of the
education in the Philippines it can still be improve to be much better. I think that as the years
pass by the k-12 is evolving to be a much stable curriculum for cultivating independent members
of the society. The evolution of the technology is also very fast and I think that the k-12
curriculum can make use of the technology to make up for the lack of resources.
Also with the help of the technology the k-12 could be further improve to be a much
better curriculum for the future generations to come. Many misunderstood the purpose of the k –
12 and many people view it as a hindrance to graduate faster but I think what they believe to be a
hindrance is a key towards a new possibility where it could help in evolving the human society
and can much produce competent workers and learners for the future.
There are many things that we can consider in much making the k-12 program much
better specially if we support it also we can much more help to evolve the program by answering
honestly on the surveys on how to much more make it a better curriculum. The lack of
understanding of the curriculum leads us in believing that it is a waste of time and effort but we
miss to see the bigger picture of what could happen if we can much more make it improve and
make it to its full potential.
If we just understand the k-12 program, we can much see that it has a very big potential
for the evolution of our education system and for the good of our nation. In my view what we
lack in our country is understanding and also we lack the courage to explore new things and most
of all we lack budget to make a much better system for our educational system.
 The world is evolving and the education is also evolving if we can just make use of the
evolution of our world and understand the changes we can much really adapt and create solution
to the problems that we are facing. In today’s world where technology is very important specially
in learning I think that the k-12 is really the best training ground and the solution to prepare and
help the student to the course that they want also the k-12 can also help the students in gaining
skill that they can use in their life and also. I think that with the skill that they learn they can
easily find job that they can lean to live a nice life and a job that could open many paths for them
to take.
