    My name is _____ and I am calling you from us Home Solar . How are you today?
    Well the first thing I will let you know that this is not a sales call, we are running a
    promotional program in your area to provide the home owners free consultation on how
    they can get the solar panels without spending even a single cent out of their pocket. And
    I am sure the solar panels will help you reduce down your electric bills and will increase
    your home value as well.
    So I believe I am talking to the home owner, am I right?(must be yes)
    Perfect and is it a single family residence home? (Must be yes)

    That’s good and by the way what is your monthly electric bill costing you is it over 100$per
    month? OK
    and who is your electric provider?
    Now for qualifying for the zero out of pocket program you need to have a good creditscore
    so do you think you have good credit score like more than 650 point?
    Perfect and the last thing I want to confirm that are you getting any discounts on your
    electric bills?
