Position: Planning - Marketing department Manager
The work of the planning & marketing department: planning production and business,
accessing income market, processing information and forecasting confectionery supply and
demand as well as market fluctuations to balance between plan and implementation.
Missions:
- Manage the activities of the department in the assigned areas and tasks.
- Assist and advise the General Director on the business situation of the company.
- Check, urge and handle work such as marketing, sales, market and so on.
- To assign work to junior staff to perform the duties of the department.
- To be refused work that exceeds the authority and capacity of the department or is not in
accordance with the policy issued.
- Regularly report to the general girector or deputy general director on the completed and
outstanding work, or the problems that need to be resolved.
Job requirements:
- Qualification: Graduated from University with a major in Business Administration.
- Experience: more than 3 years of management experience.

 Department: Quality inspection department
Position: Quality inspection department manager
The work of the Quality inspection department: Checking and monitoring technological
processes, determining the target of using materials, ensuring product quality and is responsible
to the General Director of the Company.
Missions:
- Quality management in product design and introduction
+ Organize coordination between designers, marketers, financial managers, etc. to design
products
+ Offer options and choose the most optimal plan to launch the best quality products
+ Control and set product quality standards.
+ Control and determine the options and ways to check the production stages
- Quality management in supply, quality of raw materials
- In charge of handling customer feedback reports on product quality.
- Making a general report on quality, quality conditions and job reports directly to the
Company's Director.
Job requirements:
- Knowledge:
+ Have a degree in a related field (biotechnology, food technology, ...)
+ Understand the system of standards and quality of products at Haihaco; understand and
remember well the regulations on occupational safety
+ Experience working as a supervisor.
- Skill:
+ Proficient in the use of software and testing tools
+ Good communication skills
+ Skills in checking, monitoring, and promptly detecting errors for correction.
+ Problem-solving skills.
