Furthermore, one of the issues we've

been encountering is finance because

our school does not have a MOOE, so

we have to fund ourselves.

Impact of the Implementation of LAC Session

7 out of 7 (100%) teachers in Aspang high school have been shown to be

beneficial in bringing a group of teachers together to collaborate and solve

common problems. Teachers' awareness and expertise of the curriculum and

classroom procedures improve as a result of LAC sessions, which stimulate

critical reflection. Moreover, through LAC, the seven teachers enabled to

collaborate on planning, problem resolution, and action implementation, resulting

in better teacher knowledge, skills, and attitudes, which will boost student learning

dramatically or in a meaningful way especially in time of pandemic or new

education system.
