or overcome. (10 points)
My challenge is asking for help because we are not alone, and you can get
assistance. There's no need to be embarrassed about seeking assistance.
There are people that want to help you achieve, whether it's a loved one, a
stranger, a mentor, or a friend. I was shy that I don’t think anyone would be
willing to help me. I overcame it by not being shy.
2. What are the factors that contribute to your stress? How can you cope with these
stressors healthily and productively? (10 points)
I worry about things is fear and uncertainty I become stressed. can make you feel
overwhelmed, apprehensive, and powerless over your life's course. It can
emotionally deplete you and lock you in a downward cycle of countless "what-ifs"
and worst-case scenarios about what the future may hold. We're all different when
it comes to how much risk we can take in life.

3. As a student studying Personal Development, what advice would you give fellow
adolescents to take care of their mental health and well-being during this
pandemic? (10 points)

Don't be afraid to ask for assistance or accept it when it is offered. If you're in a

scenario you can't handle, don't be afraid to say no. Don't feel terrible about letting your house
get a little untidy, your kids get a little messy. Be happy, and do things that will allow you to relax
andunwind.
4. As we discussed, self-esteem is associated with one’s mental health. How can
you, as an adolescent, develop and improve your self-esteem? (10 points)

Giving is one of the most effective strategies to boost one's self-esteem.

Tutor a classmate, volunteer to clean up your community, or participate in a charity walk.
At home or at school, lend a hand. Make being kind and fair a habit. Do activities that
make you proud of who you are as a person. Your self-esteem will rise when you do
activities that make a difference even if it's a small doings.

BONUS:
With all that you’ve learned in class, what advice would you have given your past self that holds
true for you today? (3 points)

Bonus: There's a reason for everything. Everything comes into your life for a reason,
whether good or bad, even if it appears to come into your life to harm you at the moment.
It's normal to believe that things aren't supposed to go this way people aren't supposed
to leave, you're not supposed to be rejected, accidents aren't supposed to happen and
that things could have gone differently if you'd done things differently. However, as time
passes, you see that everything happened the way it did because one thing led to
another. People enter your life with the intention of teaching you something.
