1. Preparation A1

A. Check that wheel chocks are installed correctly. AMM Ref. 10-11-00-02.
B. Check that ground safety locks are installed on the Landing Gear. AMM Ref. 32-00-00-02.
C. Check that aircraft is electrically grounded. AMM Ref. 12-34-24-02.
D. Energize aircraft electrical circuits by reasonable source. AMM Ref. 24-41-00-02.
2. HYD Reservoirs fluid level check on ECAM. MP 291000-03-AFL A1

A. Perform fluid level check of the Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic reservoirs on ECAM, HYD
page. Aircraft configuration: Spoilers, Speedbrakes, Thrust Reversers retracted; Cargo Doors,
Landing Gear Doors closed. Each hydraulic tank fluid quantity indication must be within normal
filling range (at the middle of normal filling range or higher is preferable).
B. If hydraulic fluid level is not within normal range, correct it as necessary and record amount of
added fluid into Aircraft TLB. AMM Ref. 12-12-29-03; 29-10-00-02.
3. Engine Oil system servicing. MP 791000-01-AFL B1

NOTE: Wait at least 5 minutes after engine shutdown prior to oil system servicing.
A. Replenish Engine Oil Systems of Engine 1 and 2 up to full level. AMM Ref. 12-13-79-03.
When oil tank cap is opened, pay attention to the oil smell.
Check filler cap and seal condition, make sure it properly locked and stowed after servicing.
B. Record amount of added oil into Aircraft TLB.
4. Landing Gear Wheels and Tires. MP 324100-01-AFL A1

Visually inspect Main and Nose Gear Wheels and Tires for damage and wear as per AMM Ref. 32-
41-00-06. If tire wear is within AMM requirements but the minimum tread groove depth is equal to or
less than 2mm, create an AMOS WO (category “DD”) to request the replacement of the
corresponding wheel not later than next 3DY-Ch at Base airport.
5. MLG Brakes check. MP 324227-01-1 A1

A. Check Main Landing Gear brakes for wear with parking brake applied. AMM Ref. 32-42-27-06.
The wear limits are following (for at least one wear indicator of each brake):
For 3DY-Ch at SVO as part of “8DY” or higher checks: 1mm or less.
For 3DY-Ch at SVO as a single Line maintenance check, or outside SVO: flush with machined
surface, and at the same time, if it is equal to or less than 1mm, create an AMOS WO (category
“DD”) to request replacement of the corresponding brake not later than next 3DY-ch at SVO.
B. Check brakes for leaks and damage.
6. Tire pressure check. MP 324100-01-1 A1

A. Check and record MLG and NLG tire pressures acc. to AMM 32-41-00-06. Adjust pressure if
necessary, AMM Ref. 12-14-32-03. For any pressure adjustment create WO in AMOS.

A. Inspect the NLG and MLG sliding tubes (the exposed areas of chromium surfaces) for chrome
detachment. Do not wipe the chromium surfaces.
8. Visual check of Pitot, Static Ports and AOA Sensors. A2

Perform Visual Check of Pitot Probes, Static Ports and AOA sensors. Pay special attention to the
drain holes of pitot probes for condition and cleanliness. AMM Ref. 34-13-00-06.

Drain water content from the fuel tanks. AMM Ref. 12-32-28-03.
10. Cargo Compartment - Decompression, Lining, Floor Panels and A1
Pressure Compensation Valve – Visual Check. MP 255000-01-2
Do the Visual Check of Cargo Compartment Decompression, Lining, Floor Panels and Pressure
Compensation Valve. Pay special attention to the condition of decompression panels. AMM Ref. 25-
50-00-06.

11. SVO ONLY - Crew oxygen pressure check
Check crew oxygen pressure on ECAM or cylinder gauge. Replenish oxygen cylinder if pressure is
lower than minimum required (refer to the table) or less than 1000psi. AMM 12-14-35-03.

12. SVO ONLY – Passenger Cabin Lighting check
Perform operational check of cabin and entrance areas general lighting at least in one mode.
AMM ref. 33-21-00-05.

13. SVO ONLY - Passenger compartment check
A. Perform visual check of passenger compartment for serviceable, clean and presentable
conditions including lavatories, galleys (ovens, coffeemakers), PSIU, passenger seats, floor
covering, curtains, class dividers, OHSCs, its doors and sidewalls. Check presence and
condition of the baby bassinets (4 ea).
B. Check that Aircraft CLB contains a full set of spare placards “DO NOT USE”:
2 pcs. PN AIC0575-P01, 2 pcs. AIC0575-P02, and 2 pcs. AIC0592-P02. Refill as necessary.

14. Emergency equipment check - Cabin and Cockpit
A. Check all the Emergency Equipment for presence, proper installation, condition, check packaging
seals, check pressure on oxygen cylinders pressure gauges.
NOTE: Flashlights must be checked for presence, condition and serviceability as follows:
- For automatically activated type - LED indicator “on” or “off” periodicity must not exceed 10 sec.
- For manually activated type - light intensity must be sufficient and light intensity must not
degrade for at least 10 seconds when light is turned “on”.

NOTE: Portable Oxygen Cylinders condition and serviceability must be checked as follows:
- Minimum allowable pressure is 1500 psi at the air temperature of 21 °C.
- Pressure gauge control seal is in place and is not damaged (as applicable).
- Pressure gauge arrow (pointer) is not damaged.
- Outlet connection is in correct position and its safety pin is not damaged (as applicable).
NOTE: Check that Crew Life Vests in CAS stowages are properly attached by straps, and straps
are not damaged. Ensure that the long end of strap (for strap with buckle) is attached to the mating
Velcro tape on the door (this will provide quick release of the vest when become necessary).
B. Check expiration dates, initiate corrective actions as necessary.
NOTE: The life vests must be checked for presence and proper installation.
NOTE: For equipment location and quantity, refer to corresponding Emergency Equipment List.
NOTE: The First Aid Kit must be replaced not later than 3 days before the expiration date.

15. Check Quantity of paper in Printer. MP 313522-01-AFL
Check quantity of paper in printer, replace paper roll as necessary, AMM Ref. 31-35-22-03.
Check presence of spare paper rolls in the spare lamps and fuses storage compt. Replenish if necessary.

16. Instruments Cleaning. MP 122100-01-AFL
Perform cleaning of instrument panel display units (DU), multipurpose control display units (MCDU)
with cleaning agents or use impregnated “Screen Pad 2000”. AMM Ref. 31-63-22-07, AMM Ref. 22-
82-12-07.

17. Cockpit Windows.
Check cockpit windows for cleanliness and clean as necessary. AMM Ref. 56-10-00-07.

18. Service Loose Equipment Check. MP 120000-01-AFL A1

Check the service loose equipment in the metallic box, located in the rear avionic compartment
(access door 824), for presence and condition. (Ref. IPC 25-71-01-83). Ensure box is attached
properly.
19. Special Box check. A1

Check Special Box and its two tie-down straps in the Bulk Cargo compartment for presence and
serviceability. Example PN of the straps: (AIC0309-A03 and AIC0309-A04), (A0412130-9001 and
0CB21DSF/FSH), or equivalent.

20. Final Works
A. Check that all Circuit Breakers, except of deactivated systems, are pushed in.
B. De-energize aircraft electrical network if required.
C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
D. Make sure that CRS for 3DY-Ch is issued in the ATLB (if applicable).
