ABSTRACT
The doer of bullying nowadays has various backgrounds. Bullying is not only done by
students but also done by the teachers. Hopefully, they can give a good values education
but they do the harmful continuously. This research aims to know the impact of bullying
actions which done by the teacher to the student. By qualitative, this research describes
thoroughly. Through in depth interviews from the student who is the victim of teacher
bullying, found that it is the traumatic impact of himself. In such a way that the approach of
humanism theory is able to solve te problem of that trauma.

INTRODUCTION
The doer of bullying nowadays has various backgrounds. Bullying is not only done by
students but also done by the teachers. That action has a traumatic impact into the victim.
The impact which is influencing into the physic and psychology of them. Bullying can be
understood as an action which is done continuously.
Priyatna (2012:167) said that bullying can be verbal and physical. Verbal is
including the teasing, ridicule, and insult the physical. Other thing which is related with the
physical is hitting, choking, pushing, and mocking.
Bullying leads to aggressive behavior were carried out continuously by individuals
or groups who have power with the intention of hurting either verbal, physical or relational
(Olweus, 2005; Coloroso, 2006). Illustrates that the definition of bullying behavior could
have become commonplace in many aspects of life, including education by consciously or
unconsciously affected.
Sampson (2012) and Riauskina (in Christin, 2009) describes the act of bullying
directed at a victim who can not defend themselves. In line with what they reveal, Rigby
(2007) and Alika (2012) also focus on bullying that tends to afflict victims who can not
defend himself. This study is conducted the bullying action which is done by one of the
teacher of Islamic University in Cirebon. It has the impact into the students traumatic and
how students eliminate that trauma.

The studies about bullying has been done by scholars from the various field of science
background. Among of those who discuss are, Muhammad (2009), Januarko and Setiawati
(2013), Ida Komang A. Rahayu S. D. and I. (2014), and Abivian and Kamaluddin (2016).
The first one mentioned, Muhammad (2009) explores bullying is a term which is familiar
to hear and identify where inside that case there are an abuses. Those abuses are the power
or the strength which is done by individual or group.
The second, Wahyu and Denok (2013) examined the handling of bullying victims
on the students which based on a variety of factors. One of that factor is feeling afraid of
the doer of bullying. Here, feeling afraid is more directed into someone who has more
power. They said that the bigger is the winner and the winner is someone who has a great
power.
Next, Ayu and Rahayu (2014) examined and tried to compare between bullying
action and learning achievement. They said that learning achievement is one of the factor
for knowing the student goal in learning process. Then, when the students become the
victim of bullying, their learning achievement is lower than the students who do not
become the victim of bullying. When the bullying action is more and more influencing into
the victim, so the learning achievement will be lower and lower.
The fourth, Abivian and Kamaluddin (2016) examined about the bullying utterance
which is done verbally and done by themselves which effect into the student price tag. That
action is one of the factor which influences into the victim. The victim becomes and feels
trauma, that’s of course will make the students achievement decrease.
As related to the issue of bullying, this paper want to analyze the impact of bullying
action which is done by the teacher against student. Regarding the analysis of bullying, in
Counseling and Guidance, bullying is an action

that causes psychological harm to the victim's deep anxiety. Individuals who
experience bullying acts will be trying to free themselves from the cases and try to isolate
themselves from their surroundings.

Mengenai analisis tindakan bullying ini, dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam
tindakan bullying merupakan tindakan menyakiti psikis yang menyebabkan kecemasan
mendalam pada korban. Individu yang mengalami tindakan bullying akan berusaha
membebaskan diri dari kasus yang ada dan mencoba untuk mengasingkan diri dari
lingkungannya.
