    AREAS OF CONCERN PROBLEM SOLUTION


    1. Stuents struggling with isolation  We need to set up virtual meeting rooms during
    - Children need social interaction with their peers and traditional breaktimes where students can join
    virtual learnig means many may feel isolated at home. the call and chat to one another while eating
    lunch together of even by having fun. This may
    help students feel at ease and feel not only
    during this trying times.
    2. Difficulty learning to use new technology  Schools can address difficulties with new
    - Bsesides access, technology also poses the problem of technology by increasing access to profesiional
    unfamiliarity. development. For example, one option is to tap
    into expeerts within the school community.
    Instruction Encourage teachers to share their discories of
    what worked and how it worked. They can also
    use webinar or online tutorial on how to use a
    certain application or technology.
    3. Students’ lack of participation  Teachers should always have a motivation
    before statrting the class discussion to that it will
    encourage and motivation students to be active
    and participate ine every discussion. Techers can
    use differet kinds of activities and learning and
    teaching strategies that can boost students’
    willingness to learn.

    our students and for everyone’s privacy as well.

    important skills. Teaching a reote class is an
    opputunity to teach this skill. Teachers should
    also expect students to attend class from
    appropriate worskspace like desk or table or
    Classroom Management counter remains a viable alternative. Teaching
    students to create ana effective learning
    environment involves direct instruction and
    demonstration. Encourage them to personalize
    those workspaces within the guidelines you have
    established.
    1. Sel-motivation  Students need to find he motivation to follow the
    new educational trends and also properly equip
    themselves for futire challenges in their
    education and careers. Only a positive attitude
    will help them overcome the challenges in
    Students’Behavior virtual classes.
    2. Students entering late in every virtual classes  Teachers should give the meeting link to
    students earlier so that they can attend class on
    time and teachers should at least set a timer and
    motivation for students to attend the class
    earlier.
