ACTIVITIES/DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

First day of observation –

This is the day I've been looking forward to, and my journey begins. I arrived at 7
a.m. on my first day. I noticed my classmates waiting for me. We began by approaching
the principal, Maam Banudan, and introducing ourselves. She orientated us and
assigned us to which resource teacher we should report to. I consider myself extremely
fortunate to be the student of the lovely and caring maam Myra. In fact, all of the
teachers I saw were good, kind, handsome, and beautiful. When I enter Maam Myra's
room, I run into Sir Ric Me Diaz and Sir Ayaton. Because we are dealing with a
pandemic, I anticipate that there will be no students present. I was able to distribute
some modules to students and parents who came to school, I was able to arrange some
modules of sir Ayaton, and I was able to ask maam Myra about some questions
included in our FS.

REFLECTION:
I was scared and nervous at first, but that was probably normal because it was
my first time. To be honest, I realize that being a teacher is not easy, especially now
that we are dealing with a pandemic. There are numerous tasks that must be
completed, such as developing modules, printing them, and distributing them to
students. Those are just a few of the things that must be done as a teacher; there are
many more. You must devote twice as much time to it. Being a teacher is not as simple
as I believe. There are responsibilities that go along with not only becoming a teacher,
but also keeping the job. Preparing long-term lessons and grading papers for students
are two of the responsibilities of a teacher. When you're a teacher, you can't teach a
class unless you have your plans in order.

ACTIVITIES/DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Third day of observation –
On this particular day, I arrived at precisely 7 a.m. I went straight to the principal's
office to clock in and fill out the log book. Because my resource teacher had not yet
arrived, I waited in the other classroom with my classmates. Meanwhile, Sir Ayaton
arrived, and because the door was not locked, we entered the room directly with Sir
Ayaton. Ma'am Myra arrived after a while and instructed us on what to do. Later on, I
was able to distribute some modules to the students and parents who came to school,
arrange some modules, and organize the students' outputs.

REFLECTION:
During this day, I realized that one good quality a teacher should have is respect
for the students. Each person's ideas and opinions should be valued rather than judged.
They should be able to express themselves without feeling self-conscious. Another
positive trait is having high expectations for your students. Every student should be
encouraged to do their best and achieve goals they have never met before. Another
important quality that I believe a teacher should have is good communication skills.
They should keep not only the students up to date on what is going on in class, but also
the parents. Teachers must be able to communicate with all of their students because
some are at a higher level than others. As a future teacher, one quality that would make
me a good teacher is that I am good with my students. A teacher, in my opinion, must
be able to care for the students they teach. Also, you should be overjoyed at the
prospect of having an impact on their lives. The teacher should enjoy working with
students and assisting them in understanding concepts that they may not be familiar
with. A good teacher, on the other hand, must believe in his or her ability to solve those
problems. A teacher is a window through which many young people will see their future,
so he or she must be a good role model. He/she must demonstrate his/her confidence
in the future so that the teacher can teach the student how to believe in themselves.

work too early, at 3 p.m., because I have an important task to complete.
REFLECTION:
I understand that as a teacher, you are constantly confronted with the question of
whether it is your responsibility to instill moral values and develop positive character
traits in your students. What most people don't realize is that teaching is much more
than just memorizing facts from textbooks. As a result, I believe it is the educator's
responsibility to instill moral values in students and help them develop positive character
traits. As an educator, you must be able to teach the whole student, be willing to teach
them life lessons, and not simply educate the student according to textbook standards.
Learning how to motivate your students is one of the most difficult aspects of becoming
a teacher for me. Students who are not motivated will not learn effectively, as I learned
in high school. They won't remember anything, they won't participate, and some of them
may even be disruptive. For a variety of reasons, a student may be unmotivated. They
may feel uninterested in the subject, find the teacher's methods uninteresting, or be
distracted by external forces. It may even be discovered that a student who appeared
unmotivated is actually struggling to learn and requires extra assistance.
