task, I suffered the most intense meltdown. That
is why I took a day off to allow my body to
unwind and give me energy for future activities.
It's critical not to give up, and that's exactly
what I did. On my terrible days, I am grateful to
God and my parents for guiding me. I told myself
that all I had to do now was keep moving
forward.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION
We had an asynchronous session today, September 15,
2021, when Prof. Diaz mentioned that we all did a fantastic
job completing the BU HATAW 2021 because she was
pleased with our efforts. I was also pleased with my
performance, and I recall throwing up after doing the
dance because I had pushed myself too hard. But, in the
end, I was pleased with my performance.

Prof. Diaz also brought up a previous
lesson on the Concept of Physical Activity,
Exercise, and Fitness. She also talked
about the three fundamental skills:
locomotor, non-locomotor, and
manipulative. Overall, I enjoyed the
conversation since Prof. Diaz engaged our
class by asking questions and soliciting
feedback on Physical Activity.
