ARCGIS TRAINING

ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. OBJECTIVES

The training aims to teach technical staff on GIS. At the end of the training, the participants are expected to:
1. be knowledgeable of the specific Basic GIS operation, Geo referencing, digitizing, plotting of Geo
tagged, managing attribute tables and map lay outing.
2. Plotting of Technical description of Periciliary map, subdivision, PLS and Tax Dec
3. Spatial data preparation on DRR CCA analysis
4. Spatial data preparation for CLUP maps

II. EXPECTED OUTPUT

1. Participants are well trained in Basic GIS Operations of GIS.


2. Tax Mapping
3. DRR CCA analysis
4. CLUP maps

III. TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The training takes on a lecture-practical exercise format to ensure participants’ understanding of GIS tools
and its usefulness in planning. The trainer will be using GIS applications for the purpose of the training.
