REFLECT "IN SCHOOLS WHERE CHILD-CENTEREDNESS IS THE APPROACH, DISCIPLINE IS WEAK"
TEACHING IS NOT JUST A PROFESSION BY WHICH TEACHERS HAS THE
CAPACITY AND WELL-EQUIPPED TO TEACH CHILDREN THROUGH THOSE SPECIFIC SUBJECTS BUT IT IS ALSO THEIR JOB TO FACILITATE A DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS IN ORDER TO UPLIFT THE BATTERED SYSTEM OF POOR DISCIPLINE OF THE LEARNERS. I KNOW THAT THEY ARE BEING CONSIDERATE UPON THEIR LEARNINGS HOWEVER, AS LONG AS DISCIPLINE CAN BE TAUGHT, AS AN EDUCATOR I BELIEVED THAT THIS TOLERANCE WILL BE LEADING TO A POOR MECHANISM AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUPILS. I'LL KEEP MY DUTY TO PROVIDE PRODUCTIVITY AT ALL ASPECTS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE TALK ABOUT DISCIPLINE. THEIR FREEDOM UPON LEARNING IS BEING VALIDATED, AS A TEACHER WE ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THAT, HOWEVER WE ARE ALSO ACCOUNTABLE FOR BUILDING A GOOD CHARACTER WHERE DISCIPLINE IS BEING IMPLEMENTED AND BEING UPLIFT. THROUGH THIS, DISCIPLINE WILL BE TAUGHT AND IT WILL NEVER BE A HINDRANCE FOR ME AS A TEACHER TO TEACH.
