Absent: None

The meeting was called to order by the Barangay Chairman, Jay M. Tocao, at exactly 8:15 in
the morning.

The chair requested Mr. Thong D. Plang to lead the invocation, followed by the singing of
the national anthem to be conducted by SK Chairman Hon. Ivan T. Kamamang and roll call
of the barangay secretary, Ibrahim M. Udtig, and informed that the attendance is in quorum.
Afterwards, the Chairman requested the barangay secretary to read the minutes of the
previous meeting. The body agreed to approve the minutes of the previous meeting “Road
Clearing Program.
The Barangay Chairman, Jay M. Tocao, presented the agenda of the meeting:
1. Presentation of the National Task Allotment (NTA)
2. Other matters

The body discussed the Presentation of the National Task Allotment (NTA)
and everybody approved the project.

Other matter discussed was the Bond Application of Accountable Officers at Bureau of the
Treasury.

Having no more matters to be discussed, the meeting was ajorned at 11:25AM.
