‫عزٌزي ولً األمر‬

‫تعتبر بٌئة التعلٌم السلٌمة أولوٌة لجمٌع المنشآت التعلٌمٌة‪ ،‬ومن ضمن ذلك ضمان عدم انتشار أو تفشً األمراض‬
‫الوبائٌة فً المرافق التعلٌمٌة وبٌن الكادر التعلٌمً واإلداري والطلبة‪ .‬حٌث أن طبٌعة المنشآت التعلٌمٌة وما تحتوٌه من‬
‫عدد كبٌر من الكوادر والطلبة ٌحتم وضع إرشادات وأدلة تساعد على الحد من انتقال أو تفشً األمراض الوبائٌة بشكل‬
‫عام ومرض كوفٌد‪ 99-‬بشكل خاص و بناءا على ذلك ٌرجى اتباع اآلتً ‪:‬‬

‫تعزٌز الصحة العامة ألبنائكم وتشمل‪ :‬التغذٌة الجٌدة لهم؛ الغنٌة بالفواكه والخضار والنوم الكافً وخصوصا فً‬ ‫‪-9‬‬
‫اللٌل وتقلٌل السكرٌات وتشجٌعه م على زٌادة النشاط البدنً ‪.‬‬
‫ٌرجى تزوٌد أبنائكم بمستلزمات الوقاٌة الشخصٌة‪ :‬مثل (الكمامات والجل الكحولً الجٌبً) حسب سن الطفل‬ ‫‪-2‬‬
‫وقدرته على االستفادة منها واستٌعابه أهمٌتها وكٌفٌة استخدامها ‪.‬‬
‫توفٌر مستلزمات الطالب الشخصٌة التً تغنٌه عن الحاجات واألدوات المشتركة فً المدرسة مثل الطعام‬ ‫‪-3‬‬
‫وقوارٌر المٌاه وكامل أدواته المدرسٌة ‪.‬‬
‫العزل والتبلٌغ‪ :‬التؤكٌد على عدم حضور االبن المرٌض لحٌن التعافً* أو المخالط لحالة مإكدة خارج المدرسة‬ ‫‪-4‬‬
‫حسب حالة توكلنا( لمدة ‪ 91‬أٌام) بتوجٌه من المركز الصحً مع التؤكٌد على أهمٌة مراجعة الطبٌب أو‬
‫التواصل مع ‪ 937‬فً حال ظهور حرارة أو أعراض تنفسٌة أخرى ‪.‬‬
‫عودة الطالب بعد انقضاء فترة المرض والتعافً* مع التؤكد من الوضع الصحً للطالب عبر تطبٌق توكلنا ‪.‬‬ ‫‪-5‬‬
‫التوعٌة بؤهمٌة اإلجراءات الوقائٌة من األمراض التنفسٌة نظرٌا وعملٌا وخصوصا التباعد الجسدي وغسل‬ ‫‪-6‬‬
‫األٌدي بالماء والصابون والتخلص اآلمن من المنادٌل المستعملة وآداب العطاس‪.‬‬
‫إلزام أبناءكم بالكمامة قبل الخروج من المنزل للمساعدة على عدم انتقال العدوة ‪.‬‬ ‫‪-7‬‬
‫ٌقوم السائق أو المرافق بالتؤكد من ارتداء الطالب للكمامة ‪.‬‬ ‫‪-8‬‬

Preventive guide for returning to school under the Corona pandemic

Dear Parents :

A healthy education environment is a priority for all educational facilities, ensuring that
epidemic diseases do not spread in educational facilities and between educational and
administrative staff and students. The nature of educational facilities and the large
number students require the development of guidelines and guides to help reduce the
transmission or outbreak of epidemic diseases in general and Covid-19 in particular;
please follow the guidelines listed below :

1- Promoting the overall health of your children including: good nutrition for them- rich in
fruits and vegetables, adequate sleep, especially at night, reducing sugars and
encouraging them to increase physical activity.

2- Please provide your children with personal protective requirements: such as (masks and
sanitizers) depending on the child's age, ability to benefit from them, and educate them of
their importance and how to use them.

3- Providing adequate student's personal supplies for his needs in the school such as food,
water bottles and all his school tools/stationery.

4- Isolation and reporting: Ensure that your child does not attend until fully covered or in
case if any family member has covid-19 or the student is in the direct contact with a covid-
19 patient , he should not attend school for 10 days and must seek medical advice.

5- After the end of the period of illness and recovery, the student should return to school
if his health status is clear and negative through the application of Tawakolna.

6- Raising awareness of the importance of preventive measures against respiratory

diseases in theory and in practice, especially physical spacing, washing hands with soap
and water, safe disposal of used napkins and sneezing manners.

7- Obliging your children to wear a mask before leaving the house to help avoid infections.
